The beach was about a five minute walk. The water hose did not work when leaving the beach making it hard not to track in sand.

A very comfortable and great stay at this place.

We had a group of 7 and it fit us all very comfortably. The location was great, especially with the private beach entrance.

Fall Break Beach Trip 2024

Our stay was great, even though we left a day early. There were a couple of very minor issues, but was able to communicate with staff by text. They immediately responded to my questions. We loved the location, and would definitely stay there again.

Pre Halloween Horror

We arrived at the condo and we were happy with the location although there was a long walk to the beach. Upon entering we discovered that there was a MAJOR water issue - the table and floor were drenched and the ceiling was bubbled with water damage. Upstairs the bathroom was dirty - the commode had not been cleaned - the cabinet was covered in a black colored mold, inside and outside. One bed was soaked and the wall was so soaked with water that the paint rippled down the wall. In short - the residence was uninhabitable. They had to relocate us to another location.

Great home for a beach trip

We absolutely loved this townhouse and it’s location. There were three adults and four teenagers and the space and beds accommodated us perfectly and comfortably. Vacasa was very helpful, especially BJ. She really helped us out navigating a few things at the start. The walk to the private beach entrance takes 5 minutes max. It was great not having a crowded location to hang at on the beach. I highly recommend reservations for beach chairs and umbrellas if you want a front row spot. Only one private company rents those. Not sure if I can list the name but google beach chairs rentals and the name of villas and it will pop right up. We also recommend bringing a few extra supplies for the stay; paper towels, garbage bags, foil, condiments. Of course the kitchen had all the basics; pans, pots, dishes, silverware, utensils etc. We used the grill twice and it worked well. We loved hanging out on both large patios. Both had comfortable furniture.

NEEDS ITEMS

THIS PROPERTY IS CLEAN AND CLOSE TO A BEAUTIFUL BEACH HOWEVER IT LACKS MANY ITEMS THAT YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM A BEACH RENTAL. I HAVE DONE SEVERAL BEACH RENTALS AND BY FAR THIS ONE LACKS THE MOST ITEMS. I BOOKED THIS FOR 8 PEOPLE. WE RECEIVED TWO BEACH TOWELS. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR THE BEACH. NO CHAIRS, BEACH TOYS, UMBRELLA, ETC. ALSO WE BOOKED THIS PROPERTY WITH A KITCHEN SO WE COULD COOK MEALS IN. THERE ARE SEVERAL ITEMS NOT INCLUDED. ONE ITEM THAT I REALLY NEEDED WAS COOKIE SHEETS. ALSO DON'T EXPECT FOIL, SARAN WRAP OR EVEN SALT AND PEPPER. ALL OTHER VRBO'S I'VE STAYED AT HAVE AT LEAST A SMALL SUPPLY OF THESE ITEMS, AND ALWAYS SALT AND PEPPER. MOST OF THE TIME, PREVIOUS RENTERS LEAVE ITEMS BEHIND SO THE NEXT RENTER CAN UYSE THEM. NOT HERE.....THEY CLEAR OUT EVERYTHING AND WE ENDED UP SPENDING A LOT OF MONEY TO HAVE WHAT WE NEEDED. THIS WOUOLD BE THE ONLY REASON I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I ALSO REACHED OUT THROUGH EMAIL ON DAY ONE TO THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY ABOUT THESE THINGS AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED BACK.

Perfect get away

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. Great location ; close to the beach& near a lot of restaurants. Place was very clean roomy for 10 people. We would definitely stay again.

Items missing from condo. BBQ pit was Very dirty. I called Vacasa they were going to take care of the problems but we told them just to bring the outside chairs we needed. I do not believe the floors had been cleaned because we took our shoes off and our feet got real sandy. And the same upstairs. But the overall stay was okay.

Christmas vacation

The townhouse was excellent. It smelled VERY clean when we walked in. It has a good location, close to the beach. Its also very quiet, we didn't get any road noise at all. Our only complaint was we were told the pool was heated and it clearly was not and was to cold to actually use. Overall great vacation!

The property was even nicer in person. Definitely a great place for family vacations. The rental is in a great location. Has many near by grocery, fast food and restaurants.

Very nice townhouse

We enjoyed our stay. It rained just about the entire time we were there. So we were at the house most of the time. There were some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. I had to call the company as soon as we made it, because the lounge chair on the balcony in the master bedroom was broken. They came to pick it up, but couldn't bring a replacement during our stay. Therefore, we couldn't sit on the balcony if we wanted too. My kids discovered a lizard in the downstairs bedroom, while they were unpacking their belongings 😱😱 they were so scared. Also, when I went to enjoy that beautiful jacuzzi tub, it didn't work 😡. The instruction book need to be updated. It stated that they had surround sound, but it was not connected. Overall, it is a beautiful townhouse and we made the best of it. I will rent this townhouse again. They are very quick to respond with any issues.

Family vacation!

Overall the property was great! Beds were comfortable and quick 3 minute walk to the beach. However, the shower downstairs did not work properly and we had to use the upstairs bathroom to shower. We called management and it was fixed the day before our checkout. Kitchen needs better pots and pans as well as bowls, etc. Overall experience was great wish we would have stayed longer!

Beautiful home

Overall experience was awesome it was very clean and looked exactly how it does in pictures. The only issue I had was that the code I was given to open door did not work so I had to be outside in the heat with my entire family. I was furious I thought I had been scammed! Let me tell you having 2 babies under age 2 being locked out was awful. I called management and i was on hold for 30 minutes until I was finally able to speak to someone she did resolve the issue right away. The rest of our stay was very nice had everything I needed.

Great condo!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very nice and clean! The ad did make it seem as though it was located directly on the beach, but it was across the street. Even with that, it was a great location and neighborhood.
