Swing on by Emerald Bay Golf Club and challenge your friends to a couple of games, or head on down to Henderson Beach State Park with your family and have a lovely picnic on the sandy shores, dip your feet in the water, or read your favorite book under the shade of an umbrella. Learn all about the history of aircraft in the Air Force Armament Museum.



Return back from a fun-filled day of exploring the sights and lie down on the comfortable furnishings provided for a quick power nap. Step out onto the balcony and gaze out below at the on-site tennis court, where you can get in a couple of games with your friends, head down to the on-site pool, and swim around as you watch the sunset. GREAT Stay!

This condo was roomy, convenient, and very affordable! Check-in/out was extremely easy! It was a short walk to the beach - and right across the parking lot from the pool. We will definitely stay here again!

Pool was great. Could use a few more pots for cooking. The property in general is kept in great condition- we hope to book again. Only negative- the private beach is a draw- but having to navigate the guy selling chairs every days was a bit annoying. Overall, a great week

Great Easter Weekend

Check in was smooth! No major issues and property as listed. Only negatives: the dryer didn’t work (but there was an onsite laundry facility as well), also, the downstairs neighbors didn’t seem too happy to have tourists there. Plenty to do and a quick walk to the beach. We would recommend Baytowne Warf on a night they have fireworks.

Great location for families!

We’ve been staying at this condo community for 3 years now and this was our 1st time in this unit. It was incredibly clean and it seemed the unit had been updated fairly recently. Loved the proximity to the heated pool and tennis/pickleball court which our kids got a TON of use out of! Also, very short walk to access the beach. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend

Great family friendly location

The property is quiet, the pool was just a few steps away, the private-access beach just 5 minutes' walk. Everything was clean and exactly as advertised. We just did not realize the washer and dryer were in a closet on the balcony. We would definitely consider coming back.

Clean, comfortable and cool!

The condo was clean. We had enough room for the four of us and it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked with some unexpected appliances (crockpot and air fryer) and ample silverware and place settings. The walk to the beach was quick and easy to get in and out of the gate. By the second day, we opted to rent chairs and umbrella instead of hauling our own. We had a pool right next to us and was nice for our teens to go after being at the beach or later in the evening.

Newly updated spacious condo was prefect for our family of five. The condo was very clean and easy to access. There are beach items at the condo like a rolling carrier, chairs, boogie board, umbrella, etc. Washer/Dryer was a bonus. Close to restaurants, souvenirs shops, stores and excursions. One thing that wasn't clear (at least that I could find in the communications) was that there is a private beach across the street from the condo entrance. We walked about a half-mile to go to the public beach since we didn't know. Things to know: 1, You need to bring any spices (including salt/pepper) you need fir cooking. 2. There is both a Keurig and standard (drip) coffee makers, but you need to bring your own coffee. 3. Beach access code is posted at the office (in the window).

Hope to find this same listing every year!

This was home to us for 4 nights! Stairs are not too bad the have sturdy steel rails to avoid grabbing the wood. Check-in was easy in the app and I autoshared the wifi password with everyones Iphone as we unloaded our stuff. Kitchen was clean upon walking in was a welcome box with 2 dishwasher detergent bags, dish soap, a sponge, and a bag of laundry detergent. Kitchen was stocked with pans and BIG pots, wish there was a smaller pot or bigger pan but honestly it was not enough to even think about if youre not making soup or spaghetti. Kitchen also had enough mugs and cups for everyone. Rooms smelled and looked clean, livingroom was clean and comfortable. Plugs and lamps everywhere so we all kept everything charged. Bathrooms were clean and stocked with refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that smelled great and made me feel very clean. Extra hand towels, body towels and washcloths under the sink were a lifesaver when we took 2 showers a day after the beach and after the pool. back porch was comfortable and semi private since its facing the tennis court. Walmart was where we got our groceries but beware it is PACKED. The privacy of the beach itself is a tradeoff: you can rent your chairs and umbrella to get a space right on shore or like us, bring all your own stuff and have a little walk through the umbrellas to get to the water. The hardest part is getting all the equipment up and down the beach entrance stairs. The door requires a code on both sides.
