Guest Access:

During your stay you will have full private access to our spacious three bedroom condominium. The unit features a private balcony perfect for taking in the stunning beach views. As our guest you have full access to the extensive amenities offered at the Surfside Resort. This includes the outdoor pool and hot tub for relaxation as well as the on site gym for your workouts. You are also welcome to enjoy the on site restaurant and the spa and salon services. We provide convenient beach access just steps from the building and our guests receive complimentary seasonal beach service with chairs and an umbrella. Please note that shared laundry facilities are available on the ground floor for your convenience and parking is provided in the garage located at the north end of the building.

Located directly on the beautiful shores of Miramar Beach, our property places you in the heart of a premier vacation destination. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the amenities at Surfside Resort, which features an on-site spa, salon, and restaurant for ultimate convenience. Getting Around:

Getting around the area is most convenient by car, as the Miramar Beach location allows for easy access to nearby attractions like the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and local waterparks. For those arriving by air, the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport is approximately a forty-five minute drive from the resort. Guests have access to complimentary parking in the garage located at the north end of the building. Please ensure you register with the front desk upon arrival to receive your required parking passes to display in your vehicle during your stay.

Our team staffs the front desk daily and is happy to help you with anything you need. The resort features excellent on-site amenities, including a spa, salon, and restaurant.

As our guest, your stay includes complimentary seasonal beach service with chairs and an umbrella; please ask our front desk staff for setup details. We provide a starter pack of basic amenities to kick off your vacation, but you will need to supply any additional items required for your stay. Housekeeping is scheduled only on your departure day to refresh the unit for the next arrival, so guests are responsible for washing their own linens. For your convenience, shared laundry facilities are located on the ground floor if your unit does not contain an in-unit washer and dryer.

The updates include the Boiler system , the

balconies, the guest garage and exterior upgrades.

There are no set dates as of yet. This notice is to

inform you about upcoming repairs from

October 2026 - March 2027

Please contact the front desk for details.

Work will begin on Monday, October 26, on the 01/01A

stack.

Please review the tentative schedule, block off the week

of repairs needed, remove balcony furniture, and make

all other guests aware that there will be construction

noise throughout the building. Also, be aware that some

balconies may require shoring, so the units below may

be affected.
