Watch favorite TV shows on any of the home's six TVs (including one in each bedroom). Ceiling fans are located throughout. Board games, books, and cards provide fun for all ages.

Launch your boat at the nearby public ramp and dock it at the private boat slip located just a few steps from the home. A dedicated walkway offers convenient, quick access to the Gulf and beaches, while a community pool provides more space to bask in the Florida rays. Paddleboards, kayaks, and mopeds are available for rent right behind the property.
