High Pointe 1314 You've got all of Santa Rosa Beach right at your fingertips with this amazing High Pointe villa with partial views of the Gulf and an ideal location right next to the beach. Pickleball courts and tennis courts are both on-site - a coveted and rare amenity in the area!



When you're not out windsurfing or paddleboarding over the water, gather friends into the full kitchen to cook up a plethora of fresh seafood to enjoy on the handsome dining table or out on the balcony with fresh, slushy cocktails, courtesy of the kitchen blender. Host a classic movie marathon in the spacious living area over the large TV with lots of microwave popcorn.



Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is so close (just a mile and a half away) and offers tons of awesome things to do at places like Campbell Lake where you can canoe, kayak, and paddleboard. You'll also find plenty of saltwater fish like pompano, Spanish mackerel, and redfish along the Gulf waterline. Be sure to keep an eye out for whitetail deer and watch the dolphins and shorebirds playing along the shoreline.

A awesome condo - updated, great views of water & pool, all necessary amenities, beach chairs & umbrella on private beach was such a gift (team sets them up each morning so they are reserved & ready when you want to show up to use them), bikes were fun to get around, very clean & property management ! A fantastic experience - will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property

Condo was so clean and nicely decorated. View of pool was unmatched by anywhere else we have stayed. Management was very helpful. Security guards were frequently seen at pool and walking around which I appreciated. Beach was spotless. We will definitely be back again.

Very Nice two-bedroom condo

A very nice two-bedroom condo in a great location. The unit was clean and well-maintained with only minor maintenance items. The location is fantastic - convenient to the beach and the shops and restaurants. There was construction going on in the building while we were there, which was loud at times, but this was FULLY disclosed when we rented it and therefore, expected. Beware that some of the security workers on the property are needlessly aggressive about enforcement of the wristband wearing requirement. This was only a mild annoyance because the wrist bands are huge and kept falling off so we put them in our bags and then were harassed about "wearing them at all times".

Hidden Gem

We had a great time! Great unit, location and communication! Unfortunately, my daughter left her sleep “lovie” there. We think it fell between the bed and wall (closer to window) or got made in with the sheets. It might even be under the bed! If anyone happens to look we would be forever grateful. She’s had it since she was a baby and we have had tears every night missing it!

Disappointed

Terrible communication about availability of bikes and beach chairs and umbrella. Room was shown as 1314 and there is no such room. I searched the five buildings looking for it. I finally went to guard shack and he informed me that the first digit referred to the building number. Furniture in condo was outdated and old.

Fabulous location by the ocean

Perfect location for a family. Just Steps away from the beach, no trolleys, long walks, etc. Also with a beautiful pool when the waves were a little rough. Great location for walking/biking around Rosemary beach.

Last minute vacation

Great access to beach and location. Umbrella and chairs were great and set up every day. Grill and bar were great as well. Inside condo was updated which was nice. Only negative about the stay was the fitted sheet on one of the beds was not the right size (too small). Other than that would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Very nice, clean condo! Great location with the pool, beach, and restaurants/shops! Can walk easily to tons of places. Could come with more hand soaps and a little better quality paper towels and toilet paper. Overall, great condo though!

Great location near to beach and walk out to shops / eats, bicycle rental directly across street. Nice pool area. Great food at tiki on property but they close early FYI.

Beautiful........

We had a wonderful experience at High Pointe. Great area with shops and restaurants within walking/biking distance. Pool and property were beautiful and very well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Views and access to the beach were fantastic (beach chairs and umbrella set-up included in our package at 1-314). We visited in June - beach and shops/restaurants were crowded, but nothing that took away from the experience. Our unit was as advertised. Clean and good space for our group of 4. Personal preference - the pillow top king bed in the master bedroom was much too soft and the TV in the same room was stuck on one channel. But, wasn't there to watch TV, so no big deal!! Great unit. Would certainly go back.

Had a great time on the property.

Property was beautiful. It was nice to have a restaurant so close and the beach was right there. Across the street was restaurants,ice cream and karaoke that was fun to listen to. The only negative thing we ran into was the noise level after the pool closing time at 10 PM. Not that we minded people being in the pool but the noise level was enough to wake us up and it wasn’t kids making the noise.
