The Space:

This high-rise condo in the Tidewater Beach Resort sits directly on the white sands of Panama City Beach, offering great views of the Gulf of Mexico from both inside and outside on the balcony. Spend your days lounging on the 600-foot private beach (with seasonal beach service included), swimming in two outdoor pools and an indoor pool, and enjoying use of two hot tubs, a theater, a game room, and a 4,300-square-foot fitness center with a steam room and sauna.



Head three-quarters of a mile east to Pier Park, where you'll have your pick of 124 stores, a number of excellent restaurants, a Grand IMAX movie theater, a Dave & Buster's, and all sorts of other entertainment. You can take a stroll along the Russell-Fields Pier (three-quarters of a mile east), mingle with dolphins at Gulf World (one mile east), or take the family to cool off at Shipwreck Island Waterpark (four miles east). For your dining pleasure, The Back Porch Seafood & Oyster House, Pompano Joe's, and Buddy's Seafood Market are all half a mile from the resort.



THINGS TO KNOW

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).

Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Wonderful Condo on the Beach

This condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable! It is beautifully decorated which made us feel like we were at a high-end resort. So nice to have our very own beach chairs and umbrella included.

The condo is fairly large. Both rooms have alot of space. And the bed was amazing, i would love to know what kind of bed that was so i could buy one for myself. Overall a great place to stay.

Our Panama City Beach vacation

This condo was exactly as described. It was clean and very comfortable. The staff at the resort was nice and courteous. Parking was great. The water and sand was absolutely beautiful! Weather was great. We had a fantastic time. Look forward in returning.

2023 vacation

The property was great. The pool areas were good. The only problem was that the elevators were overloaded at certain times/peak times. Overall very pleased. Will stay there again

The room was very nice & we would stay at Tidewater again but the elevators were terrible. If I stayed there again, I would request a lower level.

The condo was awesome and very spacious! The elevator situation was crazy. Lots of waiting and stair climbing when we could.

Family Vacation

The amenities of the property were numerous. The property offered direct beach access, numerous pools, a sauna, steam room, and Romanian spa. The location was close to local amenities, and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The only downside were the televisions, which need to be updated. They cable was difficult to use and was unavailable for the last two days of our stay.

Had a great time. Only complaint is the elevators. Not nearly enough. Wait times could be 15-20 minutes. I mainly took the stairs unless the children was with me. Everything else was great.

Master on beach!!!

We went for New Years party here ! Tidewater is in walking distance to pier park! I saw where the master bedroom was facing beach which is very hard to find! When we got there we were amazed at the huge condo. It has everything you need! Ive been going to Panama City since I was little and this was by far the Nicest room I’ve ever stayed in! just beautiful and so spacious!!! Equipped With everything u need ! Very clean!! ! Thank you so much!!

Great Beachfront condo

Great view!! Very comfortable and well appointed condo. Nicely decorated and pretty. Big bedrooms and comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen was easy to use, lots of dishes, glassware etc, but no cookie sheet. Great beachfront view!!!! The elevators were a problem, but we took the stairs most of the time. If stairs are an issue for you, stay on a lower floor. Tidewater property was ok.

Met my sister here for a girl’s weekend

Enjoyed staying here! The condo is very roomy and very nicely laid out. The kitchen is nice but could use a thorough clean between the fridge and counter. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms are very nice but could use a little extra cleaning as the caulk showed some mold. Extra sheets for the sofa sleeper would be nice as we had to split the sheets up on one of the other beds. The elevators are very crowded and slow so be prepared to climb stairs. Considering we were on the 7th floor it wasn’t to bad, we definitely got out workout. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great spot, but not without issues

Beautiful view. Condo was very spacious. Carpets could be replaced, along with the beds and pillows, but overall the unit itself was amazing. Check in was confusing and having to park your vehicle before being able to get a luggage cart was inconvenient. Lots of back and forth from parking garage and up and down on the elevators with very long waits. Probably wouldn't stay here again, but not because of the unit.

Tidewater condo

Condo itself was amazing. Great views and good location. Staff not the friendliest and we felt like we were a bother to them. Elevators SUCK!!!!!! No they are not trying to fix the issues. When there are a total of 7 elevators there should never be a wait longer than maybe 5 min, but EVERY time no matter what time of day you had to stand in the heat and wait at least 10-20 min on an elevator. Will not stay here again because of the elevator issues!

The property itself was great. No issues. Unfortunately, the elevator situation was extremely disappointing. The wait was anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour. When the elevator would arrive it would be full and you would have to wait and see if you could catch the next one. Ended up having to take the stairs 99% of the time. Being on the 7th floor we managed but listening to other visitors having to hike up the stairs over 15 floors is ridiculous . Future vacationers if you chose to stay here don’t go past 7th floor so taking the stairs is still doable.

Never had so much trouble at a place.

Walked into the condo and noticed immediately how the place was not cleaned at all. And they want to advertise that cleanliness is a top priority well there was trash left even a toothbrush on top of light fixture in bathroom bottom of tub in 2nd bathroom was nasty including the shower curtain had stuff all over it the master bathroom shower had empty bottles in in and looked like green stuff all over the bottom as well. Floors through out the whole condo was disgusting. I've never been so upset coming into a place

needs update

The check in process was terrible. We arrived on Friday before memorial day. Check in starts at 4:00. For a line of approx 30 people, they had 2 agents. At one point both clerks were tied up with problem reservations for more than 20 minutes, There was an empty workstation at the counter. Why not let a manager handle the problems and not make the rest of us wait? I was in line to check out for over an hour. There was always a several minute wait for the elevators. Management said they are going to be upgraded, but the owners say they have been slow for years. The unit was rather run down. The carpet was filthy with traffic trails and large spots throughout the unit, the walls had several repaired places that were obvious because the paint was off by several shades. The furniture on the balcony was so rickety that you had to put it against the wall or it would tip over. When i complained about the carpet, they offered to have someone clean them the next morning and cautioned me that the carpet would be damp. After they cleaned them, rhe carpets were so wet that i had to put towels at the edge of the tile floors to prevent slipping. When I left Sunday morning the carpets were still damp. The resort advertised several amenities, but when asked about them, the only info they had was a laminated sheet at the desk, nothing in room, online, or as a handout. This was advertised as a very nice place, but i have had better accomodations at many economy hotels
