The Space:

This corner condo is just the place to soak up the Florida sun in style. Boasting a large living area, full kitchen, and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, up to nine guests will be able to slip right into vacation mode the moment they arrive. Spend each morning and evening out on the private balcony with uninterrupted views of the Gulf of Mexico. When the temperature rises, head outside for a day on the sand or sunbathing on the sundeck. The fitness gurus of the group can also keep to their workout routines, as there is an on-site fitness facility for your convenience. Once everyone has had their fill of sun, head back inside for a home-cooked meal while the sun goes down.



Sitting just above the main hustle and bustle of Panama City, this condo is the perfect place to get a bit of peace and quiet while still being a short drive from all of the action. Closest to the resort is Saint Andrews State Park sporting amazing trails to walk along and a beautiful view of the Gulf from the jetty. Within fifteen miles, there are several popular attractions including Shoppes at Edgewater, Schooners Last Local Beach Club, The Reel Contender Fishing Charter, and Holiday Golf Club Pier Park always has something going on as well, so shop around at familiar stores or simply explore the area to find your own favorite spots.

Relaxing Stay, Great Location

Excellent location on the 3rd floor with parking garage access connected. We enjoyed the ease of elevators, pool, and beach access along with beach chairs included. Beautiful, spacious condo. Our only complaints were there was a leak in the air return closet when we arrived, we immediately notified the owner, and maintenance came…multiple times which interrupted our time on the beach. The only other issue was there was only one lounge chair and a table on the balcony (not like shown in pictures with multiple seating). Overall, we would stay again.

Ladies relaxation trip

Great location & ocean views wonderful. However, bring extra paper towels/toilet paper as not enough for a week provided. No spices to cook not even salt & pepper. Floors were dirty & dust everywhere. Lamps not plugged in.

Family Vacation

Great location in a less crowded environment for the area. The condo needs to be updated and the parking issue needs to be addressed. We came back from dinner with no parking at all Available. The solution from the Management company was to park 4 miles down the road in a parking lot. That we would have to pay for. I guess we would have to uber, taxi or walk back? TV were out dated, lights didn't turn on in the front bedroom.

Weed resort

We couldn’t enjoy our balcony because of someone smoking weed. We told the manager on site and she just made out like it could be medical marijuana they was smoking and then she went on to say that it was a smoke free place. She said she would go knock on the door but nothing was done about it. Also all the reviews about the TVs not working well they’re true only the living room tv worked and it would go in and out being fuzzy. Had a radio in the condo well it didn’t work either. The front door was literally falling off the hinges. Other than that it was a nice place.

To may inconveniences staying Seychelles

Getting chairs and luggage to room is a pain. Park car on 1st floor deck. Go to 3rd floor to get cart. Back to vehicles. Back to 3rd floor to cross bridge. Get elevator to your floor. 3 Elevators but they are small and 2 carts is maxim number of carts if there more that 2 people in the elevator when it arrives to you location. Cart does not go thru 1st floor entrance or room doors so you have to block walk way to unload. Take cart back to 3rd floor parking deck. You can park on the 3rd floor but you are out in the open in the direct sunlight so you will be soaked with sweat in about 5 minutes. 3 separate code combination to enter exterior doors, gate to beach, and your room. 3 different controls to operate TV with no instructions in room. Had to call front desk to resolve the problem. They were helpful. No cell phone service in room, very limited on balcony. Had to go out front to make calls. WiFi is OK in room but does not work on balcony unless you leave sliding door open and is non existent at pool and on the beach. Staff at the desk, and where you rent umbrellas on the beach did a very good job overall, and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. You have to pay additional charges to park more than 1 vehicle. Over flow parking was $20 a day 100 yards from building. Less if you park a few miles away at a pay to park facility. Room itself was good. Clean and comfortable. We had 4 adults in the room. Walking distance to several good restaurants/clubs/shops. Don't think we will stay there again, especially in the spring/summer period.
