Everything was great about the house except the swimming pool was completely shaded all day long. Most of the year this isn't a problem, but in January we had to go to the beach to get sun.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience at Villa de Tres Hermanas—we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home overall! We truly appreciate you calling out the pool’s shade in January. Seasonal sun angles can definitely impact how much direct sunlight certain areas receive, and your feedback helps set the right expectations for future guests. For anyone visiting during the winter months who prioritizes sun exposure by the pool, our team is always happy to recommend villas with all-day sun or help match guests with a home that best fits their preferences. We hope you still had a wonderful time at the nearby beautiful beaches in Cabo and would love the opportunity to welcome you back and curate the perfect fit for your next stay.

Location was great and it truly was easily walkable to the main drag - if you don’t want to walk, easily attainable Uber location near the gate. Was very pleased with the cleanliness and the pictures look exactly like the listing. Would definitely recommend for any group function!

Great location to walk to marina, restaurants, shopping and beach. Beautiful hillside villa. Our 24/7 concierge "Pedro" was so helpful and responsive to coordinate activities, etc - the best! However- villa could definitely use some updating of furniture and overall decor.

This was a great place to stay for our family. The house had nice amenities (especially the hot tub/pool and outdoor grill) and plenty of space. We loved the pretty, quiet neighborhood and the convenient location, walkable to everything. The staff when we booked were extremely helpful in arranging activities and the villa property manager was quick to respond when we needed assistance. Overall, a fantastic find!

Beautiful family vacation

The Villa de Tres Hermanas is a beautiful property in a wonderful location. It was very easy to walk to restaurants and the marina for excursions. The house is big with a lot of space to spread out. The welcome chips/salsa and margaritas was a nice touch. I'd recommend to follow the advice of having groceries delivered. We found a couple of quick markets nearby, but no grocery stores to buy for a dinner at the villa. We were disappointed we hadn't planned ahead so we could enjoy the nice grill by the pool/hot tub. Otherwise, a wonderful stay!

Also, our concierges are available 24/7 and can arrange grocery delivery as well. Of course, there is always catering service that we also recommend! Nice house, nicer concierge.

The house was comfortable and clean. Although the listing says it accommodates 8 we think it would be hard for that many to be comfortable in the main living area. For the 4 of us it was great though. It is also within walking distance of the marina and lots of restaurants and activities which was very convenient. This was our first time traveling to Mexico and Marianna, the concierge, was very helpful and patient with us. Our only real complaint was that the washer and dryer that were listed as part of the amenities were missing, apparently being repaired. We had packed light, expecting to do laundry while we were there. When we brought this up to Marianna she arranged to have our laundry done for us.

No hot water

We had limited or no hot water for our entire stay. We reported this to the concierge who sent someone over to take a look. He tried to tell me that the reason we did not have hot water is because it was too cold out. We are in Mexico! he said he would send someone who knew what to do to fix it but no one ever showed up so we had cold showers more or less for the entire stay

Our concierge was great, very responsive, overall the house was serviceable for 6, the bed very comfy but a number of issues, mostly to do with the kitchen. Aside from the fridge all appliances need to be replaced. The oven worked on occasion, the range hood and lights non functioning, the faucet in the sink sprayed water everywhere. Finally in the kitchen it is poorly equipped for six people including cutlery, glassware and knives that do not have the tips off that actually can be used. The property manager came and measured but it was the last time he came. Pool never serviced as Palm finds fell in the patio and chairs. My daughter found a condominium in the garden by the pool. The ad should state that while there is a hot tub and small dipping pool there is no sun on the patio. Maud service only came twice and when they did the towels that were washed had to be dried again as they were still damp. While the house was serviceable I feel for what we paid the owners should go and see for themselves.

Good for a short stay with a vehicle

The villa is conveniently located close to the marina. However, it is quite a drive to get in from the main gate. It would be only convenient if you had a rental, which we did. Overall, the Villa was ok. The bedsheets were very old and the utilities were limited. The electronics and entertainment equipment could use some upgrading. The hot tub took a long time to filter, which means it could not heated during the filtration process which rendered it useless for at least 4 to 5 hours a day. The staff was very responsive and helpful.

One of the best getaways!

The listing does not do the house justice. The location is amazing and very close to everything you need, the closest market was only a 5 min walk through the gate and everyone was very friendly. The house was beautiful! Every room was so comfortable and included AC, the pool and hot tub were the perfect touches. We spent every day out there with music and blending margaritas and enjoying the amazing view. Transportation to and from anywhere you need to go is very easy with the concierge service and everyone was so accommodating. I would highly recommend staying at Tres Hermanas and I can't wait to be back.
