Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación y ubicación
Our concierge was great, very responsive, overall the house was serviceable for 6, the bed very comfy but a number of issues, mostly to do with the kitchen. Aside from the fridge all appliances need to be replaced. The oven worked on occasion, the range hood and lights non functioning, the faucet in the sink sprayed water everywhere. Finally in the kitchen it is poorly equipped for six people including cutlery, glassware and knives that do not have the tips off that actually can be used. The property manager came and measured but it was the last time he came. Pool never serviced as Palm finds fell in the patio and chairs. My daughter found a condominium in the garden by the pool. The ad should state that while there is a hot tub and small dipping pool there is no sun on the patio. Maud service only came twice and when they did the towels that were washed had to be dried again as they were still damp. While the house was serviceable I feel for what we paid the owners should go and see for themselves.
