Casa del Sol Naciente cuenta con 3 dormitorios, 3 baños, con 2 piscinas y un patio en la azotea que ofrece magníficas vistas al océano. En la planta baja cuenta con 2 dormitorios con un baño completo Jack y Jill. Además, el patio al aire libre cuenta con un televisor de 65 "para todas sus necesidades de entretenimiento junto a la piscina, área de barbacoa con fregadero y nevera grande, ducha al aire libre y 1/2 baño para su comodidad.

Arriba cuenta con el dormitorio principal, oficina, 1. 5 cuartos de baño, una cocina increíble y hermosa palapa que dan al patio de la piscina, así como el océano. El dormitorio principal y oficina / estudio cuenta con su propio balcón Romero y Julieta.

Finalmente Casa del Sol Naciente ofrece un patio de la azotea que es seguro para excitar a nadie que los pasos para vistas impresionantes. Cuenta con mesas y sillas de patio completamente amuebladas, tumbonas y, por supuesto, vistas del paraíso.

Beautiful place

This Spanish style house is beautifully decorated with little touches that let you know you are in Mexico. It's a great set up with plenty of Privacy when traveling with others. The gated community feels safe and secure. The beach is within walking distance and shopping nearby. It had everything we needed for our week long stay. We couldn't have been happier with our choice.

House in Cabo

This property was beautiful, however the master bedroom shower had a leak that got repaired half way through our stay. The outdoor television had no reception and the swimming and cooling pool were too cold. We asked for them to heat them up, they said that they did but it did not feel any warmer. There is no daily or mid week cleaning services, which is fine, but for the price I expected at least a mid week sheet change.Make sure to bring plenty of bug spray because we got many mosquito bites sitting out at the pool.

perfect family vacation spot

This property is ideal for a family vacation. The home is very well located and very well equipped with everything you would need for a family vacation. The property manager is amazing and so accommodating. The view is lovely, the beach is an easy walk and a peaceful quiet cove awaits when you reach the beach. We have been back twice now and love it each time.

Williams-Francis Family Stay

Wonderful property with great security. Very safe. Close to downtown Cabo and Costco, Walmart for cooking at home. Our young adult kids loved the pool and rooftop. Nice short walk to private beach. Saw whales breaching at the beach every night. Fabulous residence. Highly recommended.

Fantastic view

We enjoyed the view from the patio and rooftop sun deck. The kitchen is very well stocked and the beds are comfortable. Sadly the hot tub doesn’t actually heat and during our stay the refrigerator in the house stopped working which was very inconvenient. The house could definitely use a few basic upgrades but overall very nice property.

Great location. The house was well appointed, clean, great pool. Francisco met us upon check in and provided a thorough orientation to the house and the amenities. We took the advise from previous guests and hired Th e private Chef Alfredo. The food was amazing. Highly recommend the poblano soup. Great family trip

Amazing Home with everything that you need

Such a beautiful home. Well stocked, comfortable beds and large enough for everyone who came. This is located in a gated community about a 10 minute drive to Cabo San Lucas downtown. Security is tight and we felt safe within the community. The beach is a good walk to get to, not suggested for handicapped or those who don't enjoy a good workout. We had Alfredo come cook a couple of meals for us which was amazing! We will be back!

Fantastic getaway spot

Our family had a wonderful time on the property. The house is beautiful, comfortably furnished, and well-equipped. Francisco was friendly and helpful. The kids lived in the pool when we weren’t enjoying the picturesque private beach. If you are looking for a rental property in the Cabo area, I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Wonderful family home

We stayed at this property as a family of 5 adults and 2 very young children. We really appreciated how well stocked the home is. The kitchen amenities were amazing, The baby and children products made the holiday so much easier. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and maintained. We loved being able to easily walk to the beach, watch the sunsets from the rooftop patio. I would highly recommend this property.

Family vacation

The house was amazing with excellent views, clean, swimming pool kept our grandchildren occupied. The security team is very active making us feel safe. We rented a car to get around which everything was in short distance beaches, boating and water activities. Francisco was extremely helpful and always available. Everyone throughly enjoyed themselves. Can’t wait to return.

Amazing house

My family and I loved staying in this beautiful home. The house was stocked with everything we may need for cooking. Pool area was amazing and the view from the rooftop was a perfect place to hang out and look for whales! We felt very safe in the neighborhood. We took advantage of the short walk to the beach to look for seaglass, seashells and go snorkeling. Costco, Walmart, and a Fresko we're all a short drive from the house. I cannot recommend staying in this house enough! Francisco was a pleasure to deal with and responded promptly to any messages or questions we had!

Birthday trip

The place was fantastic. Short walk to private beach that was beautiful. Francisco was great. He showed us around the place when we arrived, called cabs for us and checked on us the next day. He is the best!! A couple restaurants and a great grocery store nearby. I highly recommend this beautiful location.

Amazing Home

We absolutely loved this home. We had 4 adults 2 teenagers and 3 kids and we all had space. The kitchen is super stocked and we took advantage of the chef service. We had a great time and Francisco was beyond helpful. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful well stocked house

Cano Bello is beautiful! Lots of space, clean, and the gated neighborhood felt really safe. Short walk to the private neighborhood beach, and a quick drive to larger beaches, San Lucas, and San Jose. Easy drive to the grocery stores and restaurants. The house was super well stocked for our family - everything we needed for cooking, beach toys, and tons of games for the kids. We hired a cook for 3 days, which was amazing! Food was fantastic and the price was really reasonable. Fransisco was helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Cabo!

Mission Accomplished

We had an amazing time at this property. Awesome and convenient location to explore Cabo and San Jose. The house was perfect for two families and the outdoor space allowed for non-stop entertainment. The traditional house decor was a delight and the place is fully stocked with everything you can think of. We loved sipping coffee on the kitchen patio and enjoying sunset on the rooftop with a cocktail. The beach is a close walk and private/scenic (swimmable although still need to be cautious with small children). We thoroughly enjoyed making memories here and would definitely go back.

Fun family Vaca in Cabo

Our family of 9 enjoyed our stay. House was just as described, in great location and had everything we needed for our vacation. Shopping close by, but would suggest Walmart or Costco over Freska for better prices and selection. Uber is cheap and best way to get around. Beach on property is convenient. Francisco was very helpful and great with staying connected if we needed anything Only suggestion would be to provide a boogie board and some beach chairs for guests. Overall it was fantastic and we would recommend!

Beautiful Cabo Home!

We visited Cabo with our friends before Thanksgiving. We had 4 adults and 5 children and we all comfortably fit in the home. Upon arrival, Fransisco met us at the door and walked us through each level of the home. He also spent time giving us recommendations for restaurants, tequila, and things to see. He was so amazing! The beach is about a 5 minute walk and it’s gorgeous! Not very busy but the sand is a little rougher than some other beaches. We saw puffer fish and sea snakes near the shore and the water is crystal clear! We also loved the security at the gates of the community. They checked each car and took IDs until you left the complex. We appreciated the 24 hour security check. It was a wonderful place to be with a family in Cabo at an excellent price! Waking up and taking in the views of Cabo was definitely my favorite memory. Thanks for the hospitality! Don’t lose Fransisco! He’s one of the best parts!

Great Place

Our stay at Casa Del Sol Naciente was really nice. Location is great to explore both Cabo San Lucas but also close enough to San Jose Del Cabo to make for an easy drive. House was perfect for our group of 6 people. Francisco (House Manager) was an incredible help for directions, things to do and coordination of activities. He made arrangements for massages in the house, personal chef (who was amazing) at the house, etc... Private beach was great/beautiful Highly recommend.

A great stay

We had a great week at this property with 3 generations ranging from 10 months to 70+ years. Overall the property suited us very well and Daniel was never far away if we had any questions. A few things to note: The tiled area around the pool can get very hot and slippery - I would recommend taking a pair of sliders / flip flops to wear. An extra parasol to provide some extra shade would be very useful. The table seats 6 easily, 8 at a squeeze. We were 6 adults, 2 kids and an infant so used a couple of outdoor chairs round the table for the kids. The office room that houses the sofa bed doesn't have a/c and got very hot in August. It was too hot for any of us to sleep in even with a fan. Take bug spray- we ate outside on the first night but as we all got bitten we ate inside the rest of the stay. The WiFi was intermittent so we reset the router a few times which seemed to help, but this could definitely do with an upgrade to add stabilty / range. The house provided a pack n play and high chair but a stair gate would also be a good idea. I only gave the description 4 out of 5 as it said the swimming pool was fenced off but it isn't. Ii only gave the cleanliness 4 out of 5 as the black railings around the property were really dirty. The house was great, the layout really suited us and the location gives you views of the arch from the rooftop. We spent most evenings up there after dinner watching the sunset. There are supermarkets close by and the location makes it very easy to get into Cabo, San Jose or even up towards Todos Santos. We would definitely recommend and we'll definitely be back! Great Family Vacation

We stayed here with our young adult children. There was enough space for all of us to spread out and to still spend a lot of time together. We really enjoyed having our own pool and cooking our own meals at the house in the evening while sitting out on the rooftop to watch the sunset. One night we even got to see fireworks!

In 2013, I decided that I needed a place to escape and relax during those cold and rainy months back home. When I travel to Cabo I feel at peace as it is one of the best places in the world to relax and take everything in. I enjoy everything Cabo has to offer and after visiting so many times before I decided it was time for my own place.

The rooftop view is simply amazing. From early morning sunrises and afternoon sunsets there is nothing more relaxing and beautiful.
