THE SPACE:

Welcome to your Seaside Heights retreat! This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers a comfortable space for families or groups looking to enjoy a relaxing stay. The property includes one driveway spot, all the way on the right side only and a bit small so please avoid parking that blocks the sidewalk.

Inside, you'll find a bright living area, a dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. The home provides fresh linens and towels for your convenience.

Guests have access to a shared outdoor shower, as well as a pool, grill, and bathroom located in the outdoor courtyard. The courtyard is easily accessible via the passthrough breezeway.

Whether you’re visiting for a quick weekend getaway or a longer stay, this home is set up to make your Seaside Heights experience easy, comfortable, and enjoyable.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests will have access to the entire beach house including the garage.

Please note there is one designated driveway parking spot, all the way on the right side only.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

*** There is only 1 spot in the driveway all the way on the right side only. Parking in the street blocking the driveway or blocking the sidewalk is not permitted.

*** Parking on Kearny Ave from April-October is metered on the beach block and 100 block, cross over central to the 200 block for free parking all year 'round. Alternatively, the parking lot located at Bay Blvd and Sumner has free overflow parking for storing additional vehicles that do not fit on property.

*** Kind reminder: Smoking is not allowed on the balcony or anywhere on the property. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep the space fresh and comfortable for everyone.

*** No parties or gatherings. Proms and high school graduation groups are not allowed. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the set occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.

*** Minimum age to book is 25. You may not book on behalf of someone else. Booking adult must stay for the duration of the reservation. Photo ID may be required at the time of booking or at check-in for age verification purposes. If the booking adult is not present at the time of check in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.
