As soon as you enter this air-conditioned retreat, you'll find a bright, open floor plan with modern decor throughout. Wind down in the welcoming living area after a thrilling day exploring downtown Scottsdale and watch your favorite shows on the smart TV with cable and streaming. If you're in the mood for some fresh air, the condo enjoys an enclosed back patio with a nice seating area. Things to Know
The HOA controls the heating and cooling for this complex. Generally, cooling is turned on sometime in March, heating is turned on sometime in November, but it is based on local temperatures.
Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa, it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

The condo was very nice. The appliances and kitchen utensils made it easy to cook. The Pool is wonderful. Great location. We would rent this unit again. The only negative was the patio is on a very busy street, we didn’t use it due to the noise.

I try to give honest, reasonable reviews and am generally not a nit-picky guest. We don’t expect perfection, but rather a good effort to provide a comfortable space and good communication. I’m giving this place 3 stars which is generous based on my experience with nightly rentals. Pros: beds comfy, furniture comfortable and plenty of seating for watching TV and eating meals, nice pool. Cons: NO communication or check-in instructions until a few hours before check-in (after days of multiple unanswered emails and phone calls), unit not clean (dust bunnies in corners, crumbs in cupboards, floor left our feet and socks black), random stuff left in closets and drawers like screws and brackets in the bathroom drawers and wrapping paper and bows along with two brooms but no mop in the pantry closet (it was weird), VERY noisy all hours of day and night (unit is on the corner of two busy streets) we did not use the patio because of the noise, host communication during our 12-day stay was hit and miss (crickets when we asked about the use of A/C and ice maker, but did bring us hand soap and a mop when requested), laundry is in another building - not inside unit. I was notified a few weeks before our stay that the host management would be changing a few days before our arrival. Maybe some of the issues were due to this transition. However, the unit was just not up to expectations, especially for the rates they charge. I hope this feedback helps improve things for the next guest.

Very nice

It was very clean and nice. It looked like they had just renovated bathrooms and kitchen. Fully stocked kitchen. King sized beds in bedrooms. Covered parking. We could walk to circle K and Pizza Hut. We walked down E camelback to get street tacos and that area is very popular for clubbing if you enjoy that. The area is busy at night. We mostly stayed in. The condo had a little backyard sitting area also. Might want to bring some air fresheners because the swamp cooler can make it a little musty smelling.

Unfortunately we did not have a great stay at this location. We were under the impression that we would have access to all the amenities however that was not the case. We did not have access to the pool/hot tub for 3 days due to a pool fob card not being in the room when we arrived. The pool is a community pool and must be accessed with the pool fob to get in and out of the pool/hot tub areas. We had contact with the management but instead of coming to provide a key they told us to "make friends with others to get access to these areas." In addition the unit indicates that it has AC. This is only true for certain months and was advised of this after our 3rd day of our stay when the management finally arrived. They provided only two pool towels for 4 people and only 4 bath towels for a week stay. On the last night we put our kids to bed and they said the room had an weird odder. We checked it out and it smelt like propane. There was no propane attached to the unit so we called management and they advised us that we would be fine. Seems concerning when our kids then started to feel sick. A manager came down but let us know that it was just raw sewage and that we should just have the kids sleep in the living room. My son was so sick from the smell and stress of the event that his tummy got upset and he puked all over the living room. At that point we decided to not even stay our last night there. We were greatly disappointed in how we were treated.
