Whether you're taking a dip in the sparkling pool, basking in the California sun on its tanning deck, enjoying ultimate relaxation in the hot tub, or sitting by the cozy firepit, this home's outdoor living area provides a serene sense of seclusion from the hectic pace of everyday life. A natural gas grill makes BBQs with friends and family the perfect end to another beautiful day in the desert, and misters will keep you cool and comfortable on the hottest days. Don't forget to bring your furry companion – this home is dog-friendly, ensuring your whole family can enjoy the getaway!

Inside, discover a lavish, open-concept interior with playful pops of colors throughout. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your culinary adventures. And, with a large dining and living room area, there is ample space for hosting a gathering or simply enjoying a quiet evening in the desert.

THINGS TO KNOW
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
•Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

The house was really clean and nice, but the furniture, especially the kitchen table, was not comfortable. It looks good in the photos - but the chairs are too hard and on the small side. The kitchen had all the best accessories and appliances. It was very clean. All our guests said the beds were very comfortable. One other quirk....getting hot/warm water to come out of the sink in the owner's bathroom took a very long time. Not sure why.

Best house - we come back every year!

This house is just the best!! Great community, privacy, super comfortable beds, spacious living room, dining area and kitchen…and the back yard is just our favorite! With 4 young kids the shallow shelf in the pool with the built-in umbrella is KEY! This is the perfect family house for us when we visit Palm Springs every year. Could not say a negative thing about it!

The house was just as described. Perfect for a sister’s week in the desert. Close to downtown PS and a short drive to PD. Very comfortable house with a great outdoor space. Instructions on how to use everything were very clear. We were ready to move in!

Great Stay!

House was perfect for our 2 families and young kids. Layout of home makes it very easy to see pool play from indoors, while the outdoor space had great spots to lounge and read. Kitchen very nicely appointed for cooking. A little of noise from golf course lawn maintenance but nothing that would deter me from to stay here again!

Great house to enjoy with your dog

Beautiful home with an incredibly well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and loved being able to play fetch with our dog on the grass in the backyard. Very quiet neighborhood.

Excellent Vacation Spot

Super clean and very well appointed. Lots of fluffy towels, lots of pillows and nice bedding. Kitchen had everything needed to cook a big meal. Nice pool and grounds in a very quiet neighborhood. Would easily return!

Family weekend trip

Had a great stay here! Played in the pool a lot and loved the toys that were in the garage. Beds were comfortable and house was well equipped/family friendly. Would have loved if there had been a pack and play available, but not the end of the world to bring our own. Would rent again and recommend to friends/family!
