A circular driveway introduces this highly upgraded Palm Springs mid-century modern home that features a south-facing backyard with a brand new private pool and spa that offers outstanding views of the San Jacinto Mountains! A private outdoor pool bathroom also awaits and is conveniently located steps away from the pool. When you have had your fill of sunshine, head inside and enjoy vaulted wood beam ceilings, clerestory windows, sliding glass doors to the multiple outdoor patios, quartz counters and terrazzo tile flooring. The newly finished kitchen includes new cabinets, quartz counters with a glass tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and direct access to the outside! The open great room features a gas fireplace and two glass sliders that open to the private pool and spa and a 46 inch LCD TV with High Definition Cable TV and a DVD/Blu-ray player is available for catching up on the news or watching your favorite movie at your leisure. Enjoy this mid-century modern Alexander vacation home in the Twin Palms area of Palm Springs. Sitting in a great location a few blocks from the ACE Hotel and Koffi, you will have no problem venturing out and experiencing the charm of this desert city! Though you can spend all day in the city exploring the various shops and delicious restaurants of Palm Canyon Drive, hiking and outdoor activities abound in the foothills nearby. Plus, Joshua Tree National Park is a great place for a day trip!

Things to Know
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
-There is an optional fee to heat the pool at this home. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Please call us to pay for pool heat. The cost will be $100/day.

Beautiful home in a great location.My husband and i just returned from a 10 day trip to Palm Springs and had an amazing time at this house. The home is very comfortable with a beautiful backyard, large pool with a hot tub and the most comfortable chaise lounges and great sun shades to wile away the hours in the sunshine. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect whether you want to pop into town or head to Koffi. We will definitely stay here again.

Pool and outdoor space was excellent! Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Location was great. House could use some updating. Carpet in bedrooms was dirty. Bathrooms were old. Hot water to bathrooms took forever. Concrete around pool cracking.

Place the was nice and comfortable. Floor plan and backyard were great. The extra cost per day to heat the pool seemed pricey. Other than that, we had a nice stay.

We had 2 couples for a quick weekend in PS. This house was perfect for us. Pool was great, house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Had everything you would need for a great stay. Would absolutely recommend this place and would stay again.

A beautiful house with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend

The house is quiet and comfortable with a sense of privacy. The pool was wonderful to float around and relax in. The place is stocked with all of the incidentals you could need, even if you want to cook a few things (kitchenware, not food, I mean). It’s tastefully decorated and just well thought out. We loved our stay!

Desert Get Away

We stopped in PS for two nights on the way to Oceanside. We have been to PS before and love the town! This home was super cute and accommodating for our family. We loved all the large patio spaces. We utilized the pool a handful of times, made s'mores at night and ate breakfast by the pool both days! Everyone was pleased with the location, very close to downtown, and to the grocery store. We will be back!

Super clean, well stocked, Fantastic view from the kitchen and master bedroom. Having the outside restroom was great since you didn’t have to trail water everywhere when you were in the pool and needed go potty. I would stay here again, but never in the summer. The lowest they allow the a/c is 76 degrees. If you need to sleep in a cool room don’t stay here in the summer. The back bedroom stayed 80degrees all morning. But the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. Plus it is within walking distance of coffee and great bars.

Palm Springs vacation

Our family had a great stay in Palm Springs, which is not unusual. We have stayed in many different properties in Palm Springs throughout the years. This property is in a great location, and the pool is nice. There were some issues with plumbing, especially in the master bath. Overall, we would probably stay at this house again because of the location, and the pool, but it is just O.K.

A Little Piece Of Heaven.

A little piece of heaven. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The house is very well stocked. The furnishings were lovely. We have stayed in many VRBO rentals all over the Coachella Valley and Key West. This was by far the cleanest. We loved our stay, the attention to detail and we are planning on returning.
