The first floor features both bedrooms, providing privacy and separation from the main living areas upstairs. The first guest bedroom includes a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom offers a full bed with a twin trundle, comfortably sleeping up to three guests, along with a private ensuite bathroom featuring a single vanity and a shower/tub combination. This layout is ideal for families traveling with children or groups who appreciate having private bathrooms for each bedroom.

Upstairs, the second floor opens into a bright and inviting main living space. The open-concept layout includes the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen.
