Welcome to Southern Harbor! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath multi-level retreat is designed for the perfect family getaway. This inviting vacation home blends comfort and fun, featuring a large heated pool ideal for relaxing swims any time of year, and a fully equipped game room for friendly competition after a day in the sun. Just a 10-minute walk from the beach, Southern Harbor makes it easy to spend your days soaking up the shoreline and your evenings unwinding in a private, family-friendly setting that feels like your own slice of paradise.

Outside: Large heated pool with plenty of sun loungers, outdoor dining, patio furniture underneath the balcony, gas grill, and beach equipment.

Ground Floor
Game Room: (2) Comfortable sofas, coffee table, wall-mounted TV, drink fridge, and tons of games such as Connect Four, (3) arcade machines, and a foosball machine. Sliding glass doors leading to the back patio and pool!

Second Floor
Game Room: (2) Comfortable sofas, coffee table, wall-mounted TV, mini fridge, and tons of games such as Connect Four, (3) arcade machines, and a foosball machine. Sliding glass doors leading to the back patio and pool!

Second Floor
Kitchen: Stainless steel refrigerator with ice/water dispenser and freezer drawer, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, Keurig, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and electric kettle. Basic dishes, cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining: Beautiful dining table with 6 chairs, plus 2 chairs at the breakfast counter.

Living Room: Large L-shape "boneless" sofa with full-size pull-out, coffee table, wall-mounted TV, fireplace (not for guest use), and ceiling fan.

Bedroom #1: King-size bed, end tables with lamps, wall-mounted TV, dresser, full-length mirror, a window overlooking the backyard, ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom

Bathroom #1 (Ensuite): Double vanity sink with double mirrors, toilet, and standing shower (no tub).

Bedroom #2: (2) Full-size beds, dresser, closet, wall-mounted TV, and ceiling fan.

Bathroom #2: Single sink, toilet, and shower/tub combination.

Bedroom #3: Queen-size bed, end tables, dresser, mirror, wall-mounted TV, and ceiling fan

Laundry Room: Full-size washer and dryer, and an iron with an ironing board.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. This is an electric pool heater, so please note that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower, a pool heater cannot always heat the pool completely to temperature. By booking this property, you understand that pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed when outside temperatures are too cold.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: The driveway allows for around 5-6 vehicles, depending on the size of the vehicles. There is no grass or street parking.
