Located close to the beach and the bay, in a very walkable area of Surf City with restaurants, shops and miniature golf nearby. This brand new home features four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, two car garage, elevator, pool(open seasonally), 1 covered patio, 2 covered decks, and a rooftop deck. Beach chairs, pool toys, sand toys and board games are included to keep you entertained.

Enjoy reverse living as the 3rd floor of the beach house offers a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and shaker cabinets with quartz counters and an island. As you enter the family room/entertaining area you will be greeted with comfy seating near the 70" TV and a double sided fireplace. The kitchen has a large island and is open to a dining space, with access to a large deck that is perfect for family/group dinners. The outdoor covered deck extends the living space. This floor offers a half bath and the master king bedroom with walk-in closet and a master bathroom. The master bath is large and spacious with a shower and double sink. From this level, you can take stairs up to access the rooftop deck with beautiful sunset views over the bay.

The 2nd floor of the home offers three additional bedrooms plus a second family room and a second covered deck. The junior master suite includes a king size bed, private bath with walk in shower, and 60" TV. The bunk room offers space for up to six people and is perfect for kids or a family to share. It has two twin XL over queen bunkbeds. The double bedroom includes two full size beds. The second family room is the perfect space to lounge, with plenty of lounge seating, board games, and a 65" tv. This space has a futon that extends out to a queen size sleeper, when needed, adding additional space for up to two people. A large hall bath that offers a double sink and tub are on this floor, as is a large laundry room equipped with LG washer and dryer.

The ground level is a two car garage that has enough storage to hold all of the beach chairs, pool toys, and sand toys that await you. This bottom level opens up through a side door where you have access to a covered patio next to the inground pool. This covered patio area is the place to be, with plenty of dining space From this level, you can catch the first stop on the 3 stop elevator.
