NUEVO: - En diciembre de 2011, un muelle completamente nuevo, de alta calidad fue construido, que sobresale lejos en el río. - La mayoría de los muebles de la casa son nuevos y también muy alta (verano de 2011): entre otros equipos de oficina, los tres dormitorios en la planta superior (incl. Suite Westwing), Muebles del patio en la terraza, parrilla de gas, un colchón en el dormitorio principal, instalaciones del hogar en general (equipos de cocina, toallas, sábanas, etc.)

NUEVO septiembre 2014: mosquiteros a el patio cubierto (terraza). Este "pantallas" se puede bajar eléctricamente pulsando un botón cuando sea necesario. Esta pantalla es opaca incluso para muchos "no-ver-moscas".

Beautiful View

The property worked very well for 6 adults and two children. The house is well appointed and the views are beautiful looking out to the river. Pool was very nice.

The property was exactly as described and better. It was well equipped and a great location with walking distance to the beach. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets from both sides of the house. Great experience!

Wonderful Property and Management

This home was beautiful!! Our family had a great time just relaxing by the pool and dock. We even saw a dolphin swim right by the boat dock. Management was great made sure everything was going great in our stay. Can’t wait to come back again

Good location and private spaces

Lots to like and a few areas to improve: Positive: - late checkout really helped us out. Thanks! - 4 private bedrooms across 2 levels gives everyone their own space - 2 balconies on 2nd floor- double garage plus driveway parking - beautiful pool area with infinity pool looking at river-well equipped kitchen-Jens responded immediately to a need for a new shower curtain Room for improvement: - pool heater did not work-needs deep clean like dirty fingerprints around all of the door knobs/pulls. But Clean where it counted more!

Family and friends vacation

This house is nothing short of AMAZING!!!!!!! We stayed with another family so there were 7 of us and there was plenty of room!!!!! The kids NEVER got bored with all the property offers and especially enjoyed fishing off the dock and swimming! Also we saw dolphins swimming by! I will definitely stay in this house again next year! LOVED IT!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️ We also rented a boat! I highly recommend that!!!! We went to sanibel and fort Myers by boat which was also amazing!!!!!

Great week.

We had a great week at the house. The pool was wonderful, bigger than photos show. I would go back and gave a high rating! Few things I would note... The house was clean overall with small issues like a sticky counter and a yellow stain on the sheets in the downstairs master. Great location near the yacht club. River was a great view and we even saw dolphins from the pool. Just a great experience.

Fantastic River Home Location

This home is in a great location. The river view is truly amazing. We were a little shocked when we first arrived to see the layout of the home, somehow the advertisement photos had us expecting something different. The decor is interesting. We are a family that loves to cook, we were pretty disappointed by the kitchen. The kitchen layout is very tight/awkward. There was a space open in the kitchen for a missing refrigerator, leaving the kitchen looking unfinished. I noticed that a portion of the kitchen floor was sticky, I started cleaning it and found the paper towels I used were black with dirt after wiping up the floor, which was pretty disappointing. That got me off on the wrong foot with the place. As I looked around, I noticed that the cream colored tile grout in the kitchen is literally black in a lot of places. This was also the case in parts of the floor in the master bathroom. The tile floors in this home need a professional cleaning to get the heavy dirt buildup removed. Otherwise the home was very clean. The beds are very comfortable. Upon arrival, we found start-up supplies consisting of 3 kitchen garbage bags, 3 dishwasher pods, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper and a small laundry soap. We spent a ton of time on the outdoor patio by the pool enjoying the water view. The view is spectacular, particularly the sunrises. The patio furniture is plentiful and very comfortable. The boat dock offered great fishing, we brought our own supplies, but there were fishing poles provided in the garage. We saw dolphins literally right off of the dock on numerous occasions. The brick around the pool is settling and very uneven in places. The fence surrounding the pool on the water side is loose in some spots making it a bit unsafe in my opinion. When we initially rented the property, older photos of the pool area that we viewed showed that there were bushes and landscaping on the side of the pool offering privacy from the home next door. This landscaping had been eliminated by the time we rented and there is no privacy to one of the neighboring homes. Other than the items mentioned, we really loved our stay at this house. We enjoyed a lot of boating, a few trips to Ft Myers Beach which is about 40 minutes away during low traffic hours. We walked to the Boat House restaurant which is a few blocks away several times. We would definitely recommend renting this home.

Loved this place can’t say enough about how easy everything was! Location was perfect not crowded and nosy , cape corral is small private community but everything you need is 5mins away store , restaurants etc … Now if you want to hit the beaches and explore the coast of the local islands you have to rent a boat makes the stay there even better!!! Boats and more was awesome make sure to use them heck they even delivered the boat to the dock on site!!!! House is awesome plenty of room and the view is the best part!!

Loved the view of the water

Property was as stated in description. Was able to see dolphins a few times from lanai. Loved the infinity pool. Couple of things I might change is One king bedroom was hard to get up on for a shorter person & the other with a queen was very low to the floor. I still gave this a 5 star because we still loved our stay. We would recommend this property & would stay here again.

Great home, amenities and location.

Overall, it is a great home and a great stay. Very peaceful neighborhood. Top of the line everything in the house. There were a few things they should improve. they had the cheapest toilet paper and only provided a couple of rolls, not enough trash bags at least for our stay period. The trash cans in the garage already smelled awful when we got there so it smell the entire garage. Most of the dishes there were dirty but already put away in the cabinet. We found several cockroaches throughout the house. Two propane tanks empty, they said it was up to the person staying to refill them (why would you offer a grill as an amenity and have them empty tanks). Some of the floor spaces were a bit dirty as we found some hair that was not ours. Awesome pool and living room with a nice view.
