The Space:

This home is unlike any other you've visited and you will be amazed from the moment you walk in the door! From the cozy and comfortable queen sized bed tucked into the window nook in the living room, to the built in couches, real boulders and tree trunk beams it's a spectacular show of creative design. The living room also features a Smart TV as well as a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests if needed.



The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware you need, cutlery, dishes and appliances (note: there is no dishwasher). Down the hall you will find a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Enjoy the REAL river rocks that are in this space! At the end of the hallway you will find the primary bedroom which boasts a comfortable king sized bed and a large ensuite bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk in shower and large vanity. This room also offers a Smart TV.



Step outside to the back patio where you will find outdoor seating, dining, and a propane BBQ for grilling dinner. The propane firepit is the perfect spot to sit under the dark starry skies and reminisce or relive the days adventures. Soak in the private hot tub located just off the patio.



This home is on acreage and it very private and secluded. Enjoy stunning views in every direction. Unobstructed to the south and towering red rock cliffs to the north. Hiking trails are just a walk from the backyard away! Or Tilted Mesa trailhead is just 1 mile to the south. Bringing an ATV? There's plenty of parking and the pull through driveway makes it easy and convenient. The Johnson Canyon trail system is just 1 mile away as well, with additional trail systems just 4 miles to the east on Hwy 89.



The close proximity to Hwy 89 offers easy and convenient access to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Coyote Gulch, the Toadstools, Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell, the Coral Pink Sand Dunes, and more! The Neighborhood:

Located just 10 miles east of downtown Kanab with all of its dining and shopping options. Short, easy access off Hwy 89. Homes in this neighborhood are situated on large multi-acre parcels.



Getting Around:

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.



Other Things to Note:

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.

There is no access to a washer and dryer at Cedar Pines.
