The Space:

Treat yourself to Oregon luxury in this fantastic Sunriver lodge, which boasts plenty of room for your closest friends and family to spread out and enjoy their piece of paradise! With access to an abundance of shared amenities via the 10 provided SHARC passes, you will have no delay in taking a dip in the shared pool or taking advantage of the multiple sports courts for some friendly competition. Or, take a leisurely walk or bike down the trail conveniently behind the lodge. This being said, it may be hard to leave home base with a private hot tub, and Schwinn bike, which works with the Peloton app, right at your fingertips! There's an EV charger in the garage for when you're ready to roll.



Inside, the fun won't stop, as the spacious ground floor boasts an open living area, a dining room, a stunning sunroom with beautiful views, and a full kitchen for whipping up all of your favorite culinary creations. The group's chef will fall in love with the inset gas range, deep farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and double ovens. Enjoy meals in the separate dining area, or keep it casual in the living room as a favorite show or ballgame streams on the TV. When you need some alone time, there will be no better place than the primary bathroom, complete with a massive walk-in shower and large soaking tub. Upstairs, the kiddos will love claiming the loft bunk beds.

Amazing home for friends and family

We went on vacation here with another family and it was perfect for the two of our families! Plenty of space and great proximity to the park. We will be staying here again!

Great experience!

We enjoyed the house so much… The hot tub was perfect. The sunroom was our favorite. It was a perfect mom’s getaway for a great 40th birthday celebration! Thank you for the early check in- that was so nice!!

Great place for a big family who wants to spread out

Loved this place! Loved the exercise bike! Loved that they had a couple pickleball paddles and a ping pong table. No bikes so bring your own. Also don’t forget your shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and coffee/tea. The house itself was beautiful and very spacious for our family of 8.

Baseball weekend.

Code did not work at check in, but we were able to get the key out of lockbox. The house is very comfortable. The trash from outside area was scattered all over outside looked like an animal got into it. Inside was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall nice place to stay. Great walking and Sharc passes were awesome.

We had an incredible stay at this Sunriver vacation home! The accommodations were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it the perfect retreat after days spent exploring the area. The location is ideal—providing easy access to both Bend and Mt. Bachelor, which allowed us to enjoy everything from outdoor adventures to fantastic dining options nearby.A special shoutout to Vincent, the property manager, who was exceptionally attentive and helpful throughout our stay. His prompt communication and dedication to ensuring we had a seamless experience truly stood out.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient base to explore all that Sunriver and the surrounding areas have to offer. We can’t wait to return!

Nice place but not clean

The place was nice and spacious for our family. There was an issue with cleanliness when we arrived, and Vacasa was able to help resolve this. Guest beds were hard/uncomfortable per my family, but the master bed was fine. Could use some amenities like hand soap, trash bags and extra paper towels. Otherwise it was quiet and in a good location.

It was spacious enough for our group of 8 (plus two crawling babies). The code didnt work upon check in but called Vacasa & they were able to help us within 10 minutes. The home is beautiful with lots of natural light, close to the Village and only 30 min from Mt. Bachelor. The floors definitely weren’t cleaned as well as they could’ve been before arriving as there were tons of crumbs and debris and just overall dirty. Overall it was a great time, we would definitely return :)

Run Down Property Needing Attention Vacasa Isn’t Willing to Provide

This house needs a lot of attention before being opened to another round of guests. The hot tub, dishwasher, fireplace and trash compactor were all broken and the house was freezing cold and filthy upon our arrival. Despite the numerous calls and emails to Vacasa, the majority of the property’s problems were left unaddressed.

Beautiful home with a few issues

This house was well appointed and comfortable. There was ample space, both private and shared, to house our large group of an array of ages. Unfortunately, there were issues that were not able to be resolved during our stay. Upon arrival the house was very cold (50 degrees inside, while 24 degrees outside), the fireplace was broken and the house did not heat to a comfortable temperature until we had been there for almost 4 hours. The hot tub, which was the single biggest selling point for the house, was not hot when we arrived and never heated up. We were told on the second day that the pump had gone out and couldn't be fixed for us, such a bummer. The driveway was an ice rink and we had multiple people slip and fall after we had to park on the ice. Sharc passes were nice. There was no trash can in the kitchen, which was odd, besides an old trash compactor which had a DO NOT USE sign on it. The property manager was responsive and recorded our issues. While they were not resolved, they did offer us a partial refund, though we would have much rather enjoyed the amenities as expected.

Great house for groups!

Very nice large house in Sunriver. Plenty of room for large groups, with multiple bedrooms and beds. A little sparse on the entertainment, since it doesn't have any board games, bikes, and such, but the hot tub and sauna were great. Perfectly located in the Sunriver community, with tons of outdoor entertainment around. Vacasa was very responsive and helpful with early checkin and communication ahead of time. Overall the property was clean and spacious, and we're sure anyone else would also have a great time.
