Esta encantadora villa de vacaciones está situado justo en el agua en la llamada Yacht Club Area, uno de los mejores y más deseables zonas residenciales de Cape Coral. En sólo unos 3 minutos. Se puede llegar en barco deportivo hasta el Golfo de México.

El elegante salón se puede disfrutar de vistas a la gran piscina, jardín tropical y el exclusivo Tiki Hut en el canal de agua salada inmediatamente adyacente. Tres dormitorios con dos baños independientes hacen que las vacaciones para familias de hasta 6 personas. agradable. Por supuesto, toda la zona de estar tiene aire acondicionado.

La cocina está equipada con un cómodo bar de desayuno y luego el comedor confortable. En la Sala Florida Para un área de escritura y el trabajo, así como nuestro bar de cócteles exclusivos. Disfrute pero aquí su auto-mezclado Sunstate cóctel ...

Todos aquellos a los que les gusta ir en bote ... llegar al Golfo de México sin barreras y sin estrés en solo 3 minutos, ya que la villa se encuentra directamente en el codiciado área de Cape Coral Yacht Club. Sólo hay que pasar a la barca y la cabeza fuera de Sanibel, Captiva o Fort Myers Beach ...

No hay tiempo de espera en el puerto de cabo Lock !! No hay viajes largos a través del Canal Sur esparcidor !!

Se deslizan en barco a Sanibel Islandia, echar el ancla y disfrutar del sol en las olas mecían suavemente del Golfo de México, o ir a los bombardeos y el legendario "Sand Dollar" en la playa blanca de Captiva. Spectacular!

The house is absolutely beautiful! Clean with very nice decor. The kitchen is stocked with any items you may need. The views from inside and out are beautiful. The property is well maintained and the pool/spa are clean and refreshing! We fished from the dock and saw manatee in the canal. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. We enjoyed the pool, view and fishing. It was convenient to all of our activities. We loved the drive through Sanibel to Captiva Islands. We also went to Ft Myers beach. Walmart and grocery weren't very far away. Lots of restaurants. Home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac with the canal on 2 sides leading out to the Caloosahatchee River. I even saw a dolphin one morning!

Restful Getaway

Great location, beautiful views and relaxing getaway. Close to restaurants, gardens, shelling and tons of fishing spots. There are even fresh mangos and avocados on the property (and maybe coconuts). We rented a boat with the property and went to nearby Sanibel which is a quick boat trip from this location. Whether you just want to relax poolside and enjoy the picturesque views or explore everything that Cape Coral and the surround area has to offer, this property has it all. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Great find in Cape Coral

Property was as good as the pictures, very clean throughout and in a great location backing onto the little waterway. Lovely to barbacue in the evening and sit out under the Tikki hut. Fully equipped with everything you would need, even a selection of spices in the cupboard, highly recommended.

Can’t Wait to Return!

Home was perfect! Plenty of room. Description of home was accurate. Manager was great and responsive. Modern home with plenty of towels, blankets and kitchen full of all cooking supplies. Internet was strong. We stayed for 12 days and felt as though it was our own. Pool and BBQ grill was perfect. Husband fished and relaxed under the tiki hut. I would recommend any family or individual to this home.

Had a wonderful vacation at this property which had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything went smoothly with the instructions we received from owner regarding access to property. Very well maintained property with a nice and clean pool area. Nicely located for beach, restaurants and shopping. Will visit again.

Great spacious and modern villa on a beautiful estate

This was a super villa to stay in with spacious rooms and modern furnishings. Great walk in showers which were great after a hot day away or around the pool. My husband likes to relax with a nice cool beer and bit of tv at end of day but very limited channel choice on offer. Air con was little warm when we arrived but after a couple of days it seemed to cool down which was great to escape into with the weather been in the 90's outside. Good supply of towels and bedding and loads of room for clothing in all rooms. We never used the BBQ or boat but both looked appealing and the location of the villa backing onto a wonderful canal style waterway was brilliant. The only thing I would say to the owner Hans which we were a little disappointed with was the paved area around the pool which I think could do with a little TLC and attention. We sat around the pool on a couple of afternoons and noticed general untidiness, weeds coming through paving, shells left by previous rentals maybe and spilt wax from candles covering storage box and the pool cover looked as though it had just been abandoned at one end of the pool, such a shame considering the inside of property was very clean. Hans maybe good idea to follow up on this as considering the high cleaning payment that we paid at end of week I was a little disappointed with pool area. I like to be honest with reviews so in addition to the one downside I would consider this villa if I was ever to return to the beautiful area of Cape Coral. Hope you get it sorted Hans for the next visitors. many thanks Sharon

Great stay

Just back from a week long stay here. Great villa, great location. Facilities were good, lovely pool area with BBQ and outdoor dining. There is a boat lift on the canal at the bottom of the garden, and we rented a boat for a few days from the property management company ( an absolute MUST do experience ). Nice people to deal with and a good base for a stay in the area.

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. Pool and tiki hut areas were perfect.

This home is very modern and situated in a nice neighborhood. We went for a walk every morning. Then, we laid around the pool most everyday. The tiki hut on the dock was a perfect setting for evening time snacks and drinks. The grounds were gorgeous and well-maintained. I would recommend this home to anyone considering a vacation in Cape Coral, Florida.

Wonderful villa with direct canal access

We spent one week in this wonderful villa. Everything was clean and fully equipped. We enjoyed taking our breakfast and dinner at the Tiki at the canal. Nice pool and some banana plants on the property. Very good customer service with the owner (in Germany) and the manager in Cape Coral. We would book this villa again. There is a boat direct at the boat lift but we didn't use it.

Just one word: AWESOME !!

This was my family's 3rd time around staying in this lovely home! The home is absolutely perfect with everything you need and the pool right outside is totally awesome! Don't let the home being off the beach deter you from staying here - the beach is only 5 minutes away and at the Cape Coral pier there is a designated parking lot - once out of the car and you are on the beach! Also, there are grocery stores and shopping about 3 minutes away from the home! What makes this place so wonderful is the fact that you can spend all day at the beach, come home to a perfect dinner (grilled by yours truly) and swim as long as you want without having to worry about the crowd. A very quiet relaxed community. The home is equipped with all the essentials (and MORE) to cook a wonderful meal. The beds are so comfortable. The villa is tastefully decorated in every way. There are beach towels, chairs, toys, etc. that are in perfect condition and are appreciated! We definitely marked this place as a "keeper" and are glad to hear that Hans will continue to have his place available to rent to other families. Believe me, you won't be disaapointed if you select this rental.

Lovely modern open space home with everything you need.

We stayed at this home for two months Jan - Feb 2019. This house is very nice, extremely well maintained and had just about everything that you could possible need for your stay. The property manager was very responsive when the pump motor to the pool filter stopped working - he had a new one installed within 36 hours - and on a Sunday! On a side note the pool was not really usable in January because the January weather temperature is just not high enough to heat the pool much above 70 degrees (F) - but this is to be expected. The owner has placed property up for sale during our stay or we would definitely be trying to rent this again next season.

Sehr schoenes und sauberes Haus in toller Lage von Cape Coral

Wir fahren oefter in Urlaub in die USA, haben aber noch nie ein Haus gemietet. Das war ein absolutes Highlight. Es ist perfekt eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht und was in gehobenen amerikanischen Haushalten so Standard ist, bzw was man in einem heissen Land so braucht: Vom Side by side Kuehlschrank mit Eiswuerfelbereiter ueber Klimaanlage und Deckenventilatoren ueberall bis zum tollen Pool ist alles da. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und vom Geschirr und Besteck ueber reichlich Handtuecher fuer Pool und Badezimmer bis zur Spuelmaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd, Backofen, Stereoanlage, Fernseher in mehreren Zimmern, starkes wifi usw ist alles dabei, um den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Wir waren jeden Tag im Pool und haben die sehr bequemen Terrassenmoebel sehr genossen. Hinter dem Haus ist ein Kanal, auf dem man mit dem Motorboot direkt im Caloosahatchee River bzw im Meer landet. Wir haben das nicht genutzt, aber die Haeuser mit Anschluss an diesen Kanal liegen in einem sehr schoenen Teil von Cape Coral. Man laeuft so ca 2 km zu einem sehr netten Strand mit Toiletten und einem coolen Beach Restaurant. Nette Strecke z.B. zum morgendlichen Fitness-Lauf. Den sollte man aber bei Sonnenaufgang um 7.00 Uhr starten, sonst wird es zu heiss. Die Gegend ist wirklich sehr ruhig, kein Verkehrslaerm, da Sackgasse, kein Fluglaerm, nichts. Aber alle notwendigen Geschaefte, Restaurants usw finden sich in 3-6 km Entfernung, was fuer US-Verhaeltnisse absolut nah ist. Wir haben auch tolle Ausfluege nach Sanibel und Captiva oder Punta Gorda oder Fort Myers Beach von dort unternommen. Alles ist schnell erreichbar. Die Beschreibung und die Uebergabe haben super geklappt, der Verwalter vor Ort ist Amerikaner, aber spricht akzentfrei deutsch, also super fuer Leute, die nicht so sicher in Englisch sind. Und alles ist wie angekuendigt! Kann man also uneingeschraenkt weiterempfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Kids and parents had the time of their life

This villa offers everything you need and more. It is very well maintained, tastefully furnished, clean and provides a lot of space. The roomy patio invites you to relax with a cool drink in your hand - inside or outside the pool. And if you want to go to the beach, it is only a few minutes away. Mr. Esters and his property manager Mr. Dietz were of great help and always accessible before, during and after our stay. In short: I can only recommend sunstate villa. We had a wonderfull time there and wished we could have stayed longer. But we'll definitely be back.

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir sind zum zweiten Mal in den Genuss des schönen Hauses gekommen und haben eine sehr entspannte Woche verbracht. Die Einrichtung ( Zimmer, Bäder, Pool-und Tikibereich) war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr angenehm war auch die Fülle an Bade-und Pooltücher. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner in der großen Garage waren leicht zu bedienen und funktionierten sehr gut.Die Abwicklung der Anmietung verlief angenehm und Fragen wurden immer sehr zeitnah und ausführlich beantwortet und die Rückzahlung der Kaution erfolgte ebenfalls recht schnell. Auch die Bootsübergabe hat hervorragend geklappt, so dass wir auch viele angenehme Stunden auf dem Wasser verbrachten. Wer Cape Coral mit den schönen Kanälen in gepflegter Atmosphäre kennenlernen möchte, ist hier genau richtig!

Tolle Ferien

Sehr schönes Haus in einer guten und ruhigen Wohngegend. Alles Nötige für den Alltag in der Nähe. Für uns war es eine gute Lage um Ausflüge zu machen. Aber auch ein entspannter Tag im Pool ist hier sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr freundlicher deutscher Vermieter. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Top Haus top Lage

Moin Tolle Villa in der Nähe vom Yachtclub .Super eingerichtet es fehlt an nichts.Das Haus liegt an einem Kanal und hat einen Bootslift,Mann ist in wenigen Minuten auf dem Fluss und dann auf dem Meer. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuverlässig und seriös. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Villa und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Wir, eine 7-köpfige, drei Generationen- Familiengruppe, haben im April einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in Cape Coral verbracht. Sehr maßgeblich für unser Wohlgefühl war das Haus, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Neben den ansprechenden Räumlichkeiten und dem sehr einladenden Pool, war für uns die Tiki Hut ein "Special", unter der wir gerne den Tag ausklingen ließen. Alles in allem können wir das Haus nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen! Ein freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter und zum Verwalter vor Ort haben die Sache abgerundet. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Tolles Haus in Spitzenlage

Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig in einer tollen Lage, direkt am Wasser in der beliebten Yachtclub-Area. Zum Strand ist es sehr nah und alle Restaturants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell und bequem erreichbar. Die Ausstattung des Haus läßt absolut keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist vorhanden und sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !!

Nearly perfect.

The location was great, the house was exactly what I was looking for. My only issue was the thermostat, The weather was about perfect and I just wanted the windows open, however even taking the thermostat out of auto mode would only work temporarily and I'd find the A/C running at the programed temp. I'm sure I could have asked Ralph (he was great and only a phone call away) but I'm too stubborn to let a thermostat outsmart me... We shall meet again Mr. Thermostat!
