A bright and cozy 2-room apartment with an east-facing balcony on the 2nd floor awaits you, accommodating up to 4 people. Here you’ll enjoy a central location and a beautiful ocean view of the Scharbeutz pier.

The inviting living area is perfect for relaxing, featuring a wide sofa, an armchair, and a dining area for 4 people. The flat-screen TV with cable, a Blu-ray DVD player, a radio with Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi all contribute to the comfortable atmosphere.

The bright and open kitchen is perfect for cooking together. An oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, and an electric milk frother round out the amenities.

The large bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) faces west and is in a quiet location. Additionally, there are two sleeping spots in the living room on the comfortable sleeper sofa.

All 2- and 3-room apartments feature balconies with partial lake views and are individually furnished. The building features a washer and dryer, as well as an underground parking garage and a bike storage room. An elevator is available.
