Originally from Washington State (where “sunny” is considered a personality trait), I came to Florida to visit my husband’s family… and accidentally never left. Turns out I’m much better suited to flip-flops, sunshine, and year-round activities than gray skies!
I fell in love with the endless beach days and warm weather. Hosting gives me the chance to share a little slice of that sunshine with others—and maybe help you fall in love with Florida too (no promises you won’t start browsing real estate by the end of your stay.

We chose this neighborhood for its cozy, get-to-know-your-neighbors kind of vibe—where friendly waves and quick chats are just part of the daily routine. It’s the kind of place that feels welcoming the moment you arrive.
One of our absolute favorite things is the river park at the end of the street. The sunsets there are something special—think glowing skies, peaceful water, and the perfect excuse to slow down for a bit. It’s our go-to spot to unwind, and we hope you’ll love it just as much as we do.

What really makes our property stand out is the space—you’ll notice right away that each bedroom is incredibly roomy (honestly, bigger than my first apartment!). It’s perfect for spreading out, relaxing, and not feeling on top of each other.
We’ve also updated the bathrooms to give them a fresh, modern feel. And the private back patio is one of our favorite spots—whether it’s morning coffee, after-dinner drinks, or sharing stories under the evening sky, it’s a little slice of peace you’ll look forward to each day.
