GUEST/PARTIES/NOISE: The GUEST must supervise their guest(s) while on the premises. Noise in the unit must be kept to a reasonable level as not to cause a disturbance to the neighbors or general public. HOA and Local Sarasota County noise ordinances limit outside noise between the hours of 10:00pm - 7:00am. In no event may the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (as listed below in this Agreement) be exceeded without written consent. No parties or large gatherings are permitted in this unit.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of overnight guests for this property is limited to 6 persons. Maximum occupancy for this property shall not exceed the number of persons that GUEST registers on the reservation without prior consent from OWNER. If GUEST exceeds the maximum occupancy, GUEST and any and all of their guests are subject to immediate removal and forfeiture of their security deposit and rental payment.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES: All occupants are required to perform "normal" household duties that include, but are not limited to:
● Garbage removal
● Cleaning of individual and guest dishes and putting all dishes and items back
● Cleaning all counter spaces, sweep floors if needed
● Removing all bedding and put on bed
● Placing used towels on floor in bathrooms upon check-out
● Cleaning all beach items outside. If needed spray off using the hose outside the front door. Please do not put up beach items full of sand
● Notifying the OWNER of any damages or problems with the property
● Locking of all doors and windows when GUEST leaves the unit.
