Pros: We had a lovely week in this villa. The owner was very helpful before arrival and the lady that met us on arrival was also very nice. The property is very big, ideal for 1/2 families. The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment for every cooking need. The pool is lovely. It's a quiet area but only 10 mins walk takes you to some great bars/restaurants and a beach. The nearest supermarket is a very short drive and is very good. There is loads of cycling and walking in the area. It's a lovely town, no high-rises!

Pros: We had a wonderful two week stay at Casa Delfin in Moraira. The villa was perfect for our extended family of nine (five adults and four children) with plenty of space set over the three floors and a bathroom for each of the five bedrooms as well as several terraces. The villa exceeded our expectations from the photos, it was in perfect condition and we had fantastic service both from the owners and their local rep. The house was situated in an excellent location, very close to supermarkets and restaurants/bars and a pleasant 25 minutes walk along the sea to the town centre. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Moraira and hope to return ourselves too.

Pros: This is the second time we have stayed at Case Delfin. At peak time, we had 8 people staying. Loads of space and privacy, nobody ever felt compromised. Everything was perfect. The villa facilities, location, as well as the logistics / comms to arrange the stay were all first class. The support and maintenance on site are all available (not that it was needed). Zero complaints. Would wholeheartedly recommend. We will certainly book again.

Pros: We had a perfect stay at the Casa Delfin in Moraira. The house is spacious and although we were 8-10 People during Our Whole stay, it never felt crowded due to many separate sitting areas both indoors and outdoors. The house is modern, comfortable and light, yet has a familiar and cosy feeling. The Kitchen is efficient and well-equipped, and it was no problem Cooking for many People. The pool area is inviting and the pool is big enough to swim laps in if you want some exercise. The closeness to both beaches and the town made it easy for everyone to do what they wanted whenever they wanted and made us less dependent on each other.

Pros: We were a family group of 8 celebrating my 50th Birthday with parents in their seventies and grown up children with their partners, to say we were delighted would be an understatement, everything in the villa exceeded our expectations. From the first moment we stepped into the villa we knew we would have trouble leaving it was so lovely. Esme the Spanish contact looked after us and nothing was too much trouble. There is a wonderful restaurant almost next door and a local supermarket only a few minutes away, making life even easier. The pool is fantastic and scrupulously clean as is the rest of the villa. Don't hesitate to book this villa, we won't and will certainly be back!!!!

Pros: We've stayed now 2 times at this beautifull property, in November 2014 and October 2015. It's a great place to be, just rebuilt and a lot of space. We had nice evenings on the terras with BBQ and during the day sitting around the pool. it's all very clean and beautifull decorated. This year we even took a dive in the pool and sea. It's equiped with all modern features and ofcourse wireless internet connection with enough capacity. Also a lot of privacy from the surrounding. It's location is excellent, very close to the boulevard and sea. Lot of restaurants en shops on walking distance including a big supermarket. Moraira is just 15 min by foot or even shorter by bicycle. Also nice daytrips to Calpe, Benidorm, Althea and bigger cities as Alicante and Valencia are possible by car. We had a great time and hope to come back in 2016 as well.

Pros: We were two families who rented the house for a week(in total 8 persons). We were all in the opinion that it was one of the best holiday weeks ever. It was a big very high quality house that you can easily stay in without getting to close to each other. Great pool for the kids and verandas were you easily can get away a read a book in the shade under a parasol. All the rooms had their own bathrooms. The kitchen was big and very good for cooking and the dining area was really nice with a view over the valley. Supermarket only 2-300 m away and a lot of different restaurantes in the neighbourhood. City center and beach 20 min Walking. One rocky beach only 5 min walking with quite good snorkling oppurtunities. We had rental cars and there were a lot of diffrent intresting places to be explored in a short distance drive. Definitely a place I will try to get back to.

Pros: We stayed at Casa Delfin for one week in mid October 2019. We were a group of nine people , five adults and four children, and there was plenty of room for everyone in the house. The villa was very comfortable, and clean, bright and spacious, and had all the amenities that we needed. The kids spent hours and hours at the pool each day and had to be dragged out for sightseeing trips and the beach. The villa is very well situated in a quiet residential area which feels very safe, but less than 5 minute drive to the town center and the beach and 2 minute drive to a good supermarket. We also found some very good restaurants within short walking distance ("Bar La Cabana" area down by the seashore). Björn, the host, and Esmé, the House Manager, were very helpful but luckily we didn't have to bother them with anything regarding the house during our stay. We would highly recommend this villa to families or groups of friends that are visiting the area and are hoping to return ourselves one day.

Pros: First class villa in every respect, very modern and tastefully decorated, has everything you require and split over 3 floors. I'm fussy by nature but had no issues whatsoever. We travelled in early July (pre-school holidays) and the surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. Bjorn (owner) has a firm grip on the rental process, it was smooth and simple to complete with regular updates by email / text. Large supermarket is literally at bottom of hill - 2 mins. Open all day. Pool is generally deep all the way - so great if you can swim. Regarding the area - town is great, lots of bars / restaurants to cater for all budgets. You will need a car to get about, especially if young children present. There are numerous places to eat within walking distance of villa too. Parking in town could potentially be an issue in the height of summer - but not a major impediment to the holiday. Strongly recommend.

Pros: We travelled as a family of nine with ages ranging from 12 to 73. From the very first email enquiry through to the return of the damage deposit after our holiday, all communications have been prompt, informative and very friendly. We arrived at Casa Delfin and were instantly impressed with the extremely high standard of the villa. It is set in a very spacious plot with lots of indoor and outdoor seating areas where you could relax in the sun or shade. The villa was immaculately clean. All bedrooms are spacious and equipped with private bathrooms. We have never stayed in a better equipped villa, every kitchen utensil you could possibly think of was provided in the superb open plan kitchen. It was lovely to arrive to find a welcome pack of groceries, including a chilled bottle of cava which was much appreciated. The wireless internet was fast and reliable. There is a large supermarket and several restaurants within a short walk, Satari's was our favourite and it is only a two minute walk away. We fell in love with the villa and the area, very peaceful and picturesque. The beach at moraira is clean and provides safe swimming in lovely clear water. The local people in shops, bars, restaurants etc were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this villa and certainly hope to return in the future.

Pros: Coming from Cape Town, South Africa we wanted to spend our Winter in Europe's Summer. We rented Casa Delfin for 4 weeks in August this year in Moraira, the most wonderful spot on the Costa Blanca in a House where you can see that the Owner Bjorn & Christina have nothing spared to put there own modern taste into. Even that the House has been fully renovated in 2014 it has class & style you would not expect from a holiday home which gets rented out. The comforts are what you expect from a 5 star hotel. The location in the quit neighborhood does not detract from the variety of Restaurants to choose from in walking distance. The choice of supermarket with an international range of products is within easy reach. English seems to the language most local people speak & understand. The layout of House is ideal for up to 3 Families at the same time. Bjorn, the Owner was in regular contact to find out if we were happy and Esme who looks after the property in Moreira assisted us in keeping the house clean and in good shape. Garden & Pool service took care of the rest making these 4 weeks Holiday with our Children & Grandchildren a holiday to be remembered. We are planning for 2018 to repeat this experience. Pros: From the moment the impressive electronic gates opened, we knew that we had found a very special villa. The villa was absolutely spotless when we arrived, with the additional touch of a welcome pack. We had everything we could possibly have wished for, from comfy beds, to kitchens equipped with every utensil, to fantastic views, to a spectacular pool, the list is endless. There was plenty of space for everyone (4 adults and 4 children), meaning we could all have time to ourselves if we wanted. There was a large selection of restaurants within walking distance of the villa, many of which ranked highly on Trip Advisor, a favourite of ours being Satari's, which was just at the end of the road! A large supermarket, which had everything you would want for self catering was positioned at the end of the road. We walked into Moraira on a couple of occasions which took approximately 35 minutes, this was with young children (and they didn't complain once!) Moraira is absolutely beautiful, it is our fourth visit to the area and we never tire of the gorgeous beaches, fantastic restaurants and wonderful atmosphere. Communication with the villa owner was always very comprehensive and prompt, from our initial enquiry, to emails during our stay ensuring everything was ok and on our return to the UK. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a holiday to remember in Moraira.

Pros: Pour notre troisième séjour sur la Costa-Blanca nous avons choisi cette villa spacieuse et moderne qui possède un grand jardin et une belle et grande piscine de 10x5, bien profonde (>2m). Nous y avons passé 3 excellentes semaines de vacances. Dans cette maison rien ne manque et tout est fonctionnel et récent. Les 3 niveaux permettent de garder de l’intimité entre les invités et les terrasses de se retrouver pour l’apéritif et les repas. La propreté est irréprochable (merci à Esmé)!! Nous étions 7, adolescents et adultes et chacun a profité avec beaucoup de plaisir de ce séjour. La plage est proche ainsi que toutes les commodités. Plusieurs voitures peuvent stationner à l’intérieur de la propriété. Je recommande très vivement cette location et remercie les propriétaires pour leur amabilité, leur confiance et leur simplicité. J’y reviendrai sincèrement avec un réel plaisir. SM

Pros: Vi var 11 som leide huset hvorav 3 barn i alder 9, 6 og 6. Ankom i 3 biler som alle sto trygt parkert inne på eiendommen. Vi ble hjertelig tatt i mot av Bjørns stedfortreder, Esme´, som viste oss rundt og og ga oss en grundig orientering om huset, eiendommen og stedet. Hun var også til stede da vi dro. Bildene på nettsiden løy, alt var mye finere i virkeligheten. Barnefamilien innlosjerte seg i den romslige leiligheten i underetasjen hvor det også var et kjøkken. Morgenkaffen ble inntatt på balkongen utenfor "master bedrooom" mens vi så på soloppgangen over havet. Vi valgte sandstranden i Moraira. Den var mer barnevennlig og finere enn den nærmeste. Dit kunne en gå på ca. 20 min. Av restaurantene i nærområdet anbefaler vi den belgiske Meli-Melo- rimelig, intim og kjempegod mat. Dessverre var den store nærbutikken stengt men det var ikke langt til neste. Vi handlet så mye hver gang så vi hadde måttet bruke bil uansett. Hadde forøvrig meget god kontakt med Bjørn før, under og etter oppholdet. Alt i alt er både små og store særdeles godt fornøyd med ferien i Casa Delfin.

Pros: Vi fastnade för denna fastighet då den verkade passa våra behov och att den såg fräsch ut på bilderna och att vi fick snabba och bra svar från ägaren. Vi konstaterade vid ankomst att bilderna inte ger fullständig rättvisa, huset är i ett väldigt bra skick och har all den utrustning som behövs (och lite till) för att ge en skön och behaglig semester. Vi reste två familjer med totalt 7 barn och vi fick bra plats i huset. Huset har ett skönt och luftigt läge och det finns hela tiden både sol- och skuggläge. Poolen hölls välstädad hela veckan men den enda anmärkningen vi har på huset (för vår del) är att den förutom vid trappan är väldigt djup hela vägen (ca 1,6-2,2 m) vilket gör det lite krångligt med de små barnen. Det finns många restauranger i närheten på gångavstånd och även de olika stränderna går enkelt att nå till fots även om vi tog bilen för att få med alla strandgrejer. Även mataffären ligger föredömligt nära och håller bra priser. Kan definitivt rekommendera detta hus och skulle gärna återkomma.

Pros: Vi er lige kommet hjem fra en fantastisk uge i Casa Delfin. Vi er 7 personer - mormor, børn, svigerbørn og børnebørn, der skulle holde luksus familieferie og fejre 60 års fødselsdag. Og luksus det må man sige, at vi fik. Hold da op et dejligt hus, pool, grund og område. Alt var helt perfekt - huset er så smukt og lækkert indrettet og der var rigeligt med plads. Det fungerer perfekt, at man har eget bad & toilet og terrasse. Et dejligt fredeligt område med strand og restauranter i gå-afstand, lækkert supermarked med stort udvalg af fantastiske råvarer i nærheden og selve byen bestemt også rigtig hyggelig. Tak til Bjørn og Esme for hjælp og service før og under opholdet. Esme hjalp os med at finde en kok, der kom til Casa Delfin og lavede 6 spanske retter + 3 desserter. Det var en rigtig fin fødselsdagsfest på den skønne terrasse. Vi er max. begejstrede for stedet og kommer meget gerne igen.

Pros: Begin september met een groep van 10 vrienden een weekje mogen doorbrengen in dit prachtige huis. De villa is super schoon en groot en werkelijk alles wat je nodig heb is aanwezig. Een hele grote keuken waar genoeg ruimte is voor iedereen om te koken. Absolute topper, wij kunnen dit huis iedereen aanraden! Daarbij is het ook nog eens op loopafstand van Moraira (ongeveer 20-30 minuten lopen, maar dat is heerlijk in het avondzonnetje) en een grote supermarkt op 200 meter afstand.
