With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, getting ready is a breeze. The space offers mesmerizing ocean views from every single room. Relax on and enjoy the large balcony that faces the pristine waves, while taking in the gorgeous views of Cruise Ships and Rocket Launches.

Just steps to the sand, this unit is situated in a very quiet, peaceful building with an intimacy with the shore like no other. Guests will find everything needed for long days on the beach, with beach chairs, towels, umbrella, coolers, games and more provided.

Enjoy all of the best that Cocoa Beach has to offer, from deep sea fishing, to sailing, paddle boarding, kayaking, bioluminescence tours, dolphin and manatee boat rides, airboat rides, surfing and more from this centrally located unit. The home was great; we really enjoyed the stay. The view of the beach is amazing and it has very easy access to a great beach and the water. There is a reserved parking space for the place, which made it very convenient to stay. Overall we loved our stay and would stay again! :)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was absolutely wonderful. The condo was immaculate. The beds were comfortable, and the decorating really made the whole trip feel very beachy. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might possibly need, and they even have a tea kettle. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family. I’m looking forward to staying here again in the future.

The beach front view is amazing! The condo is very cute with a definite beach vibe. This condo can easily sleep 6 adults. There were a couple of roaches spotted in the master bath, but overall, this is a perfect spot to enjoy Cocoa Beach with easy access to great dining, shopping and entertainment.

Wonderful place!

A perfect place for the four of us senior citizens. We loved the proximity to the beautiful, clean beach, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Great location - close to the Pier too. We’ll be back!
