You’ll be just a short drive from historic downtown, where cobblestone streets, charming shops, and local restaurants bring the city’s rich history to life. Spend the day exploring landmarks like Castillo de San Marcos or take a scenic stroll along St. George Street.



For beach lovers, the beautiful shores of St. Augustine Beach and Crescent Beach are just a quick drive away- perfect for sunrises, swimming, or relaxing afternoons by the water. You’ll also find grocery stores, coffee shops, and everyday essentials nearby, making your stay both convenient and comfortable.



Getting Around:

Our neighborhood consists of mostly full-time residents. Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. If noise complaints occur, authorities may be contacted.



📌 Extended Stays

If you are interested in staying longer than 7 nights, please message us for additional information!

For stays 21+ nights, a $100 deep-cleaning fee is added after booking.
