La cocina de ensueño de un cocinero con horno de pared y horno de convección, enfriador de vino, extractor que desaparece; encimeras de granito y lujosos gabinetes de madera y una gran barra de desayuno. Todo lo que necesita, incluido el espacio para comer en la GRAN sala familiar, con chimenea de piedra. Villa Blue Sky es una elegante casa de piscina con acceso al golfo ubicada en un atractivo vecindario de SW Cape.

Con más de 2100 pies cuadrados, esta casa es perfecta para una familia grande o parejas que viajan juntas. Esta casa cuenta con 4 dormitorios, 2 baños y una sala de juegos en la piscina. Un televisor de pantalla plana para aquellos momentos en que desee relajarse en la cama y ver sus programas favoritos.
Las otras tres habitaciones para huéspedes, todas con camas tamaño queen, ventiladores de techo y televisores de pantalla plana. El baño de invitados de tamaño completo con acceso directo a la zona de la piscina.

No se han escatimado gastos con los 2 kayaks para sentarse, 2 bicicletas, juguetes para la piscina, juegos y todas las comodidades del hogar. Pesca fuera del muelle, dispara a un juego de billar, o simplemente relájate en el lanai, rema en el canal ... esta casa lo ofrece todo.

Home away from home

We had a lovely stay at this house during the summer. We brought our boat and everything was very convenient. The pool was refreshing and we really enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The house was completely stocked and clean when we arrived. The property manager was also responsive within 24 hours of any questions or requests. They even let us extend our stay by one day. Extremely pleased with this home and would highly recommend it.

Cockroach infested

We had 10 cockroaches during our 13 day stay. Confronted manager about this and was told this was normal. Didnt even offer to pay for the cockroach spray we bought. Didnt have basic kitchen supplies such as hot pads, pizza cutter and spatula. Pool was not heated as stated. We had a slip and fall on wet tile floor from the rain which required stitches. No rug to prevent this. Not happy with manager's response to the cockroaches.

My stay

The property itself was good. Communication with the host became non existent. I had to call the office to get an existing problem for 10 days resolved which they did very efficiently but other issues that were brought up to them were never addressed nor followed up by communication from the host as promised.Two 6 inch rocks on the window sill of a bedroom where my grand children were sleeping holding the window shut is definitely a safety issue. The pool table room not having any kind of lighting in it I feel is something that should be dealt with for future guests.I had to purchase my own barbecue tools and oven mitts. I also purchased new fishing rods and left them in the garage to pay forward as the ones that were there were not useable in their condition when I arrived.

Cozy stay away from home

We truly enjoyed our stay at this house but we had a few things to mention. One of the kayaks was missing its plugs and when my husband tried to get into it, he immediately sank into the canal. There's a small crack in the glasstop stove. Fishing poles in garage. After rain, bugs fall into the lanai pool so you'll need to skim the water before getting in. The pool remote doesn't really control much other than the lights that i could see, or it could have been an operator error... I'm not that savvy with tech. The ceiling fan in the bedroom across from the twin bedroom was not working and my mother in law gets hot at night, luckily i had brought my Ryobi battery powered fan. This house is not near any beaches that are pearly white. You will drive a good bit and no parking in Naples beaches unless a resident. The guys enjoyed fishing from the dock. It was peaceful and very quiet. Plenty of large towels and there were starter kits provided with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bodywash, laundry detergent, and dish detergent. The cleaning crew must have missed dirty muffin pans. One of the sticks for the billiard table was warped and one was broken already before we arrived. We did have a bit of a drive to get to an actual beach. The hurricane left quite a mess on Sanibel and Ft. Myers but the lighthouse beach was open. Tons of shells on Lovers Key. I did want to mention that our first day, the atrium had a black racer snake and i had to call my husband to assist.

Nice quiet house

Very nice pool house in quiet neighborhood. There were 4 of us and the house was perfect size. Relaxing pool, spacious common areas, and a wonderful outdoor space. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Had kayaks and bikes, which we didn't use, but the pool table was perfect when we encountered a rainy day. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome for boaters

The home is gorgeous! The location is in a secure and friendly neighborhood. We’re boaters and brought ours. It was very convenient having a dock to tie your boat to. It’s short access to the gulf water is wonderful. The pool is large, 6 ft deep at one end, clean and inviting. The home is spacious and comfortable. More than enough room for large families. Floor plan was great. We are coming back to this jewel!

We loved our stay. The pool was perfect, we had fun using the kayaks, and the location was great. We also loved the outdoor living spaces - both by the pool and on the canal.

Nice Place

We had a great time. The home was clean, sits in a nice neighborhood, neighbors were nice. The home was at the end of the canal and there was no boat traffic. Communication was in email form from the management company and there were no issues there. The pool was a little cool, but the kids didn't care. Overall it was a great trip!

Beautiful house, close to shopping and food! Quiet neighborhood!

We enjoyed our stay, the house is beautiful and relaxing. Nice size pool for family of 8 with beautiful landscape surrounding. Lots of plates and glasses however not many cooking utensils so if you plan on cooking you might want to pack a few utensils but other than that they were prepared over and beyond! We rented a boat for our stay and had a great place to tie off at the dock! Kayaks are provided however we did not get to enjoy due to the red tide, we could not get in the water! Fishing would have been great without the red tide however most of the sea life was no longer in the area.. we will be back, was an easy check in and out!

Nice home

This was a nice home, but there are areas for improvement. The grill was pathetic. There was a nice Jenn Air grill there but was not useable, the grill for guests was dirty and extremely small and worn out. We noticed some very small ants/insects in the kitchen and there was some spices and sugar left from previous guests and the bugs were all inside the containers that were not closed tightly. The pots and pans and utensils in the kitchen were lacking. Plastic spoons that were melted and broken/cracked. Definitely not enough towels if you have a houseful of people as we did. With a 25 dollar electricity allowance we had to continually wash and dry the towels so I am sure we exceeded that pretty quick. The area is very quiet and the neighbor that we met were very nice.

Master Bath

Only problem we have is master bath , their is a water leak and with carpeting you can’t dry it out. Sure under carpet is mold and mildew. Bath rooms needs upgrade. It’s the only think stopping us from reacting again.

Perfect. Everything one could ask for.

To say that the Villa Blue Sky was a perfect stay would be an understatement. The property had everything one could ask for. From the quiet neighborhood, pool table, kayaks, gorgeous landscaping, excellent amenities, and overall great price - you can’t go wrong staying here. Whether you’re looking for a place for a large family, or a quiet getaway for two, this property will satisfy any and every desire. Mr. Roelens himself was extremely accommodating and kind, aiding to all of our questions and needs. 10/10 would recommend, and if we make a trip back, we know where we will be staying.

Wonderful rental!

The home seemed much larger than the square footage listed. Our grandmother loved the private swimming pool. The dock was perfect for the boat we rented, we would definitely recommend staying here again!

Enjoyable Stay

We were a family of 5 adults and 2 youth that stayed at this property for 2 weeks. The location was quiet, with friendly neighbours, and close to shopping. The pool was more than big enough for our needs, and was used every day of our stay. Any issues we had were addressed by management. We would stay here again, very enjoyable time.
