This lovely townhouse is located in the desirable Lost Key resort in Perdido Key, Pensacola, FL. This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse can sleep up to 6 people. The townhouse has been furnished throughout with comfortable sofas, beds and seating. You’ll find everything you will need for the perfect beach vacation including a fully equipped kitchen & large screened-in balcony.



On the main level, this is open-concept living at its best with plenty of space & privacy. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, two club chairs, and smart flat screen tv. The dining room has a table, two benches and two chairs. At the kitchen bar there is room to sit four. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need including plates, utensils, cookware, etc. There is also a powder room conveniently located on the main level.



The next level up is where the bedrooms are located. At the top of the stairs there is a desk and chair for your laptop, schoolwork, etc.. This two bedroom townhouse has two en-suite bathroom to ensure privacy. When you are ready to retire at the end of day the primary suite has a king size bed with memory foam mattress, comfortable bedding and a flat screen smart tv. The primary en-suite bathroom has a large walk in shower and a double sink vanity. The guest bedroom also with an en-suite has a king bed, comfortable bedding and a flat screen smart tv. The guest en-suite has a tub/shower combo and large vanity. The full size washer and dryer are also on this level.



On the ground level there is a garage for you to park as well as additional room to park in the driveway. Through the back door of the garage you will find a paver patio and some Adirondack chairs to sit and watch the surrounding wildlife. There is also a Weber grill to use during your stay.

For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). During your stay you will enjoy free admission to the Lost Key Beach Club. You can walk or take the complimentary shuttle that is provided on a seasonal schedule to this private beach. This open-air complex is a beachfront oasis available exclusively for Lost Key residents & renters. The club offers private beach access, swimming pool, locker rooms with showers, & seasonal beach service. There is a restaurant at the club (hours vary) for purchase of food, snacks & beverages. Most weekends there is live music.
