The Rose Parade floats pass by our street!

Grace has been set up to meet the needs of travelers looking for a place to rest, recreate, and work in an environment designed to delight the eye and soothe the soul. Located centrally on the border of Pasadena & South Pasadena providing easy access to freeways and local hotspots. Offering a full kitchen with coffee set up and stocked with cooking needs. Set up work on the vintage Danish mid century desk, dine at the dining table that seats six, relax on the private patio. Lounge on the sectional sofa and binge on Netflix. Crash at the end of the day in the master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath, or the second bedroom with queen bed - both with down duvets light as clouds. Wifi & free parking. Whole house filtered water. The vintage bar is stocked for cocktails preparation. Bluetooth sound bar for music and smart tv. Yale/Nest smart door lock on both doors - guests will be provided with a code for their stay. The home is a duplex connected by one short wall and has a private patio off the living room.

The property is a duplex with one short shared wall next door to our unit. 2 beds/2 baths with living room and den and private patio. 2 entrances - front door and kitchen door off the driveway - both of which have Nest doorbells. 2 car parking in driveway which runs along one side. Entrance is by code for the electronic door locks which will be given upon check in.

We live next door and are always to happy to assist with questions & needs upon request. We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The location makes it a perfect spot for enjoying the Huntington Gardens, Old Town Pasadena, Highland Park, DTLA, Silver Lake, the Norton Simon Museum, Occidental College, PCC, the Rose Bowl, the Rose Parade (watch the floats line up just a short walk from the place). Walk to The Raymond Restaurant with it's crafted cocktails and outdoor patio, Yuca's for the Cochinita Pibil tacos, The Massage Place for a relaxing massage, Bristol Farms for some of their famous warm cookies and more milk, or take a short drive to Old Town Pas for a stroll and some shopping or visit the Gamble House (a must do). Walk beautiful Oaklawn Avenue and see the Green and Green stone gates and beautiful homes.

Close to bus lines, the 110 and 134 freeways. 5 minute drive to Old Town Pasadena, 10 minute drive to Highland Park. 15 minute drive (time of day dependent) to Silverlake and downtown LA.
