Welcome to Danzin' on the Beach, a bright and breezy coastal townhome tucked inside the popular Pirate's Bay resort community in Port Aransas. With soaring vaulted wood ceilings, an open-concept living and dining area, and a covered back porch strung with warm string lights, this home has the kind of laid-back coastal energy that makes it easy to unwind the moment you arrive. The second bedroom offers a king bed with ocean-inspired decor and access to the shared hallway bathroom. The third bedroom is a king master suite with a fun, beach-themed touch and its own ensuite bathroom. Just off the main living area, the bunk room sleeps the younger crowd in twin-over-twin bunk beds complete with surfboard decor and a curtained sleeping nook for extra privacy — perfect for kids or teens who want their own space. Three full bathrooms (two ensuite, one shared hallway bath) ensure there's never a line at the mirror.

City of Port Aransas - Beach Parking Permit Information:

To park along the beaches in the City of Port Aransas, a $12.00 permit is required. This applies to the area from Marker (0) to Marker (62). Beach parking stickers can be purchased at City Hall, the Chamber of Commerce, local grocery and convenience stores, as well as various vendors and businesses in town and on the beach. Free parking areas are available between the Jetties and Horace Caldwell Pier, as well as between Markers 52-58.



Please note: This residence is not located in an area where golf carts can be used to access the bay side of Highway 361. Local laws strictly prohibit crossing Highway 361 by golf cart, and violators may be subject to fines.
