With a sweeping view of the surrounding mountains, the Yampa Valley, and the town of Steamboat Springs, this top-floor, corner condo at EagleRidge Lodge provides a setting for your Colorado adventures that you'll never forget. Wake up each morning to prepare a warming cup of coffee in the fully equipped kitchen, flip through the newspaper in front of the gas fireplace, and open the balcony doors to breathe in the fresh mountain air. You'll be able to walk (or take the free winter shuttle) to the gondola at the base of Steamboat Ski Resort, with a private washer/dryer and free WiFi waiting to welcome you home from your excursions. Enjoy three flatscreen TVs, three accompanying DVD players, as well as on-site amenities that include a heated pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, massage services, and a winter shuttle to connect you to Steamboat's countless attractions.

This condo is part of the EagleRidge Lodge in Steamboat Springs, a complex that's ideally positioned just a quarter-mile stroll from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter months, the resort offers 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, highlighted by the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Come summertime, you can easily go mountain biking or hiking, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest), or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown Steamboat Springs, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and wonderful restaurants that include The Laundry, Salt and Lime, and Carl's Tavern, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

Overrated

The view was nice and the amenities were good - hot chocolate downstairs, the gym etc. We had several issues during our stay over the Spring ski season so it was quite expensive, 2k for 3 nights. The ice/water dispenser in the fridge was broken and there was a fish smell coming from the kitchen sink. We called right when we arrived and they said someone would come, but they never did. The TVs didn’t stream well. They got stuck so often they were unusable. The pillows are very think bricks and there is very little closet space for 4 people. It was fine overall, but I have higher expectations for the price point.

Great spot for Summer or Winter

Clean, well taken care of, and easy check in/out. Would be a perfect location for winter skiing but very nice for summer as well. Make sure before booking you note that there is no AC - it was fine at night but got pretty warm during the day.

Corner Unit with new Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room

Beautifully decorated corner unit with brand new flooring, kitchen and dining room. Kitchen has brand new (quality) appliances. The Living room has a huge comfortable couch and dining room with a new table, light, and mirror. Flooring is very modern and also brand new. This unit is on the 3rd floor in a corner which is very quiet and has a beautiful view of the ski slopes and pool. The staff at Eagle Ridge has always been so friendly and attentive. Thank you Michelle, Zach, and Cheyenne for making us feel like family. We received not only texts but phone calls asking us if we needed anything. We highly recommend unit 303 if you are traveling to Steamboat Springs and Eagle Ridge Lodge. We cannot wait to come back soon!

Great stay!

Great location - walking distance to resort base area and gondola. Nice having a concierge desk to help with any needs. Had additional showers and ski lockers available after check out if needed. Felt like a nice hotel stay with the amenities and comforts of a condo.
