Starter Supplies
A starter supply of paper products, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and trash bags will be provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.

TV & Streaming
Smart TVs are available in all bedrooms. Guests may use their own streaming service logins. Standard cable TV is not provided.

House Rules
No smoking inside the condo. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

No parties or events are permitted. Guests found hosting a party or event may be subject to immediate eviction without reimbursement.
