Welcome to Cape Coral!

We’ve made our Florida dream come true and opened the House of Sunshine for ourselves and for friendly, valued guests like you.

This east-facing, private 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a pool is centrally located in a quiet, desirable neighborhood in beautiful Cape Coral (SW), Southwest Florida, and is perfect for families and couples.

This renovated home also features a kitchen, living room, and dining area.

There is a beautiful pool (with a screen) and a large, fenced-in yard surrounded by palm trees.

There are plenty of good restaurants and shopping options nearby, and a Publix is just a 5-minute walk away.

The nearest beach (Cape Coral) is a 10-minute drive away, and the beaches of Fort Myers Beach are just under a 30-minute drive away.

Fort Myers Airport (RSW) is also about a 30-minute drive away.


Of course, the house has high-speed Wi-Fi.
On the Smart TVs provided, you can access your Netflix, Amazon, or Disney+ accounts, for example.

Since we have three children of our own in completely different age groups, you’re sure to find a few pool toys that you’re welcome to use.

A washer and dryer are available.
Bedding, towels, and a starter kit of toiletries are provided.
Electricity is included up to $20 per week (normal usage); anything above that is charged at $0.15 per kWh.

One car can be parked in the garage; if needed, a second can be parked in the driveway.


You’ll find our home very clean and practically equipped—so that you, too, can hopefully enjoy that “at-home feeling.”

If a small item is missing that’s typically expected in a vacation home (especially right now, at the start), we’ll of course take care of it ourselves or have our very reliable and experienced property manager handle it.


We want to make sure you have everything you need, and we hope you’ll have a wonderful stay in our home.
