We had had a fantastic time staying at the house for a week with two families. Jesse was very responsive throughout the stay and fixed an issue with outside shower immediately. The location was great as we could have our boat behind the house and bike to the beach, restaurants and boardwalk. Highly recommend booking the house.

Carl and his family were great, great guests. Communicative, enjoyable and even got rave reviews from neighbors about how personable and respectful they were. I very much hope to host them again!

Exceptional luck on our part that Jesse’s property was available for our last minute trip. Immaculate home, high end furnishings inside and out. Plenty of seating for our large family gathering from Mississippi , Vermont, Florida, Philadelphia and Richmond. So happy to have all beach passes, beach towels and brand new chairs! We loved the waterfront deck for coffee in the mornings as well as cocktails for sunsets. Highly recommend!!

Walked in to a very clean, warm and friendly house. Everything that we discovered was geared towards keeping house guests comfortable and happy! Being at the shore is my family’s happy place. We could not ask for any additional amenities because the owner provided it all. Finally, we have been to some rentals where the utensils, plates etc were unusable. Here everything was clean, neatly tucked away in cabinets, easily found and used by everyone one of us without a moments hesitation! The owner here, thought of everything…..providing us with anything and everything we could have needed and wanted! I would recommend this location to my mother! That alone should show you how much we enjoyed staying here!

This property is fabulous! The decor is lovely, and the beds and linens were so comfortable. Even the towels were high quality!The owners have provided everything a family would need for a great vacation, including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were plenty of dishes and glasses for our large group, and we took advantage of the kitchen to cook several meals. We appreciated the k cups provided. We really enjoyed having a larger house and a smaller house in one spot. We were able to gather as a larger family while also getting some private time with our smaller family units. Sitting on the beautiful deck and enjoying the view of the lagoon was fantastic. There were more than enough seating choices for our large group. The house is in a great location. Quick driving distance to anything you’d need. Communication with Jesse was excellent! Everyone in our group agreed that they’d gladly stay there again and would recommend the home to friends.

I have so many great things to say about this property and the host! The neighborhood is quiet, safe and upscale. The outdoor deck spaces are beautiful, right on the lagoon. The views at night of the water and the moon were stunning. Easy access to the local beaches, the bay and the supermarket. The homes were clean, updated and well stocked with everything we needed The beds were very comfortable.The beach badges were an added bonus along with the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Ample parking. Kitchen island and eating areas were roomy. My family and I had a great time here, we had absolutely no issues and our host was responsive and available. Highly recommend this property! 10/10

Ortley Beach was an easy choice because of the quiet, family, friendly nature of the area. You are close to local restaurants, bars, outdoor activities and only a 5 minute bike ride to the beach! But easy access by bridge and a quick turn to the house, we were excited about the proximity to all the nearby attractions.

This property is a gem because of the opportunity to host, friends and family and two separate living spaces with all of the amenities of the waterfront!
