Modernly furnished apartment near the centre of Leogang. The apartment is in the right part of house, on the 1st floor. There is a living room with luxurious, modern sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen. The living room gives direct access to a lovely sunny balcony with beautiful views. There is no access to the garden. In the basement is a sauna, relaxation room, ski storage and washing machine, shared with the guests of the other apartment
Do you love winter sports? Then, a stay in this apartment is highly recommended! Just 200 meters from the holiday home, the free ski bus takes you quickly to the beautiful ski area of Saalbach Hinterglemm Fieberbrunn Leogang, with 270 km of slopes. You can cross-country ski right when you step out of the door.

Leogang is centrally located, and it takes no time to get to Zell am See and Kaprun. An extensive range of shops can be found in nearby Saalfelden.

In summer, you can enjoy hiking in Leogang and its surroundings, and the various lifts provide a base for a great day in the mountains. There is the Bikepark in Leogang for mountain bikers, with challenging trails for all levels
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
