1 dormitorio, 1 baño, primer piso Piso / Estudio en la playa. Disfrute de las mejores puestas de sol en Anna Maria Island y la vegetación nativa de la Florida incluyendo los Robles de mar protegidas que rodea nuestras instalaciones mientras SEAT en su terraza sombreada. Y si tienes suerte, tal vez un nido de tortuga puede también ser vista desde su terraza, que está equipada con 4 sillas y una mesa y 2 estocadas persecución para sus placeres para tomar el sol.
La unidad ha sido actualizada con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable de la cocina y muebles nuevos en todo. La unidad de capacidad para 4 adultos. Hay un sofá cama en la FR. y una cama de matrimonio en el BR. Pequeña piscina climatizada 8x20 en el sitio. Zona de barbacoa / patio en la propiedad ofrece tanto un carbón de leña y una parrilla de gas para su conveniencia cocinar. Carbón y combustible NO cumpliendo con un depósito de intercambio de gas disponible si esa es su preferencia. Hay 2 persecución
salones disponibles para sus placeres para tomar el sol, así como 4 sillas y una mesa para su cubierta. El estacionamiento es limitado a UNO CAR ONLY..A unidad de ventana / pared AC / HEAT controla la temperatura. Todo lo que necesitas para unas vacaciones perfectas en la playa !!

Perfect location

This is my second stay here! It’s perfect for a couple of people and it’s 5 steps to the beach (so close you don’t even have to pack a cooler because you can just walk to the fridge)! I will always stay here on my trips to AMI

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was amazing, just steps to the beach. Only suggestions, new bedding very dated, a rug and a small coffee table would have been nice. We can’t wait to return next summer!

Great Place

We have vacationed on AMI many times but this was our first stay on the South end. The beach is beautiful and very accessible. Even though the building is closer to the road than we are used to, the surf was all we could hear. The individual deck areas were very nice and the courtyards had plenty of seating for guests. Having the 2 grills was very convenient as well. We had one small issue that Frank, the owner, took care of immediately. He was very nice and he followed up with us to make sure that we were comfortable and pleased with our accommodations. We definitely hope to go back!

Older property remodel. Can't see Ocean from room #2. Bathroom step down dangerous for seniors. Microwave buttons hard to push in corner. Easy access for room. Alot of noise from upper room.

Vacation dream!

My mother used to tell me the most beautiful memories of a place she would stay at on Anna Maria when she was a child visiting from France. She now lives in the area and I brought my daughter in hopes of making similar memories. What I didn’t know is that I happen to stumble on the very place and exact unit she stayed in as a child. The property was once called Sandy Toes and has not been that for years. I had no idea when I selected it but I brought my mother over to enjoy having the beach in the backyard with beautiful scenery from the just outside the sliding glass door that can been seen from inside. When she told me this was the very spot she used to stay just remolded a bit it brought tears to my eyes. We were meant to stay here and this place became a legacy of profound memories for now three of women. Perfect location, white sugar sand beach just steps outside the front door. You can hear the waves as you lay in bed. No need to pack a lunch or even a cooler, just walk into the sliding glass door just steps away from the water. There is a great area to grill and plenty of chairs, tables and lounges to invite your family and friends to enjoy.

Location on island was great, right in the middle of everything. room was small, dated, below ground level, pool pretty much unusable except for a quick dip, weather stunk ( not anyones fault )

Tight, really a studio not 1 bedroom BUT right on the beach on Anna Marie

Downsides and UPSIDES. Downsides Tight, really a studio, no separate bedroom. One. Ceiling beam only 6 ft high. Little storage room. Only comfortable for 2. UPSIDES Clean, neat, well maintained Owners gracious and helpful. It is fairly priced. IT IS RIGHT ON THE BEACH Watch sunset (its west facing) from the patio Anna Marie ISland in FEBRUARY !!! Grocery store, great seafood close at hand. We loved Tide Tables, Starfish and Ugly Grouper

The place is very small and tight quarters. The tv caused a lot of issues and the manager helped to figure it out. The noise from the space above us and next door was the most disappointing thing of all. We couldn’t sleep well at all.

Great location

The place was nice and clean,location was Awesome! It was very loud on the lower unit,family upstairs was very loud and sleeping was difficult.

safety issues

first off the AC did not work when we arrived, a portable unit was installed to vent out of the window to get some cooling, the portable unit was so loud you could not talk without yelling. The shower valve does not have an anti scalding device to control the water temp, goes from cold to extremely hot in a very small turn. Other small issues as well, tried to contact owner or property manager to discuss the issues but did not get a response back after one week, so I decided to post this on VRBO, Landlord stated in a letter before we arrived that if anything needed corrected to call him first and to never call VRBO should have been a flag from the start

We had a complete blast in Bradenton Beach/Anna Maria! We will be back!

Ceiling height is low in first floor units. Perfect spot though for families on a budget. You are right on the beach and easy access to restaurants and shops.

Backyard beach and front door pool.

It was a wonderful location for a RELAXING weekend. A short walk from all the hustle and bustle.

Not like the pictures

Not for tall people, anything above 5’8 and you’ll be ducking or hitting your head. Parking was tight. Our spot was taken the first day and had to park on the street. The door stuck and could barely open, had to be forced. The bathroom is at least a foot drop off so don’t forget in the middle of the night. The shower was either scalding hot or cold and it changed on it’s own the whole shower. All together too much trying to squeeze into one tiny space, could barely move around without stubbing toes. The back patio could be nice but was littered with trash, dirty water diapers etc. The only amazing part was being right on the beach. I mean you’re only renting the place to sleep right? Lessons learned and will be finding elsewhere to stay next time.

Check in easy, as described, bathroom could be cleaned up a bit and some painting done, but otherwise OK. Small and perfect for two people. Location on the beach is stellar. If you want something right on the beach for two, the. Would recommend

A great place to stay on Anna Maria Island!

I had a perfect vacation. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The view and beach exceeded by expectations. My apartment was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. I highly recommend AG Casa.

Beautiful setting, negrected accomodations

The view from the patio was wonderful and peaceful. The unit is small and the ceiling low, but cannot be changed and is comfortable none the less. However, many problems with unit. The entry door stuck on the floor when opening, closet bi-fold door not on track. The icemaker did not work, shower knob (H/C) switched, and water scalding if anyone in the building flushes a toilet. Worst was the sliding glass door to the patio did not latch, and therefore would not lock. All of these things could and should be fixed

Disappointing - would NOT recommend - for what was provided the cost was outrages

Opportunities for improvement: - noisy- not a place for seniors & families with children to rent units @ same time (for 2 days we had families with total of 6 kids above us - could hear running, baby crying (@ nite) & talking - used sofabed nightly - the kitchen table is so large that it needs to be moved in front of the refrig. in order to open the bed - table is also unsteady & needs to be moved with care so it does no collapse - TV mounted so close to sliding door that it needs to be turned so one does not hit their head when exiting thru the door sreen is bent & does not latch - no clock except on microwave - suggest clock @ least next to bed -kitchen unable to get cold water fr. sink toaster - had to hold down handle to get toasted on both sides of bread neighbor had to borrow a measuring cup - not supplied in their unit

Thanksgiving Vacation

As our Thanksgiving vacation ends, I am sad to leave this amazing motel right on the sandy beach. Stayed in 2 lower units side by side with my daughter and her children in one unit and I in my own private utopia in the next door unit! Motel has ALL amenities including BBQ grill on our patio, amazing sunset each night, beach sand backyard great for little ones to play at your doorstep, four foot pool perfect for new swimmers, and minutes walk in front of unit to warm Gulf waters with small waves perfect for young children! As the grandmother of 5, we all had an amazing time! Frank provided our every need and stopped by a few times to be sure we were all set! A must to experience!

Relaxing Vacation

Our family of 5 rented 2 units for a week of rest and relaxation. This property was perfect for us! It it a sixplex so it wasn't touristy/crowded like other condos. It has a great porch area in front of each unit and a great view of the beach and gulf. We could walk to restaurants, play on the uncrowded beach, snorkel, and grill out in our private area. It was quite at night and a great place to watch sunsets! Units had good appliances and were clean. Pool was small but suited our needs. Only issue you may have is if you are tall you may hit your head as ceilings are low-our 6' 7" son left with a few bumps. :) Overall loved this place and will return. If you are wanting a quite, relaxing place- this is it!
