This spacious ground-floor apartment combines comfort with relaxation and is ideal for families or friends looking for a break in a peaceful setting.

The apartment has two bedrooms: One is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe; the other has two single beds (90 x 200 cm each) and a wardrobe as well. Both bedrooms are equipped with external roller blinds that provide optimal blackout and guarantee a restful night’s sleep.

The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing. It features a sleeper sofa (140 x 190 cm), two comfortable armchairs, and a TV. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals. A special highlight of the apartment is the spacious sunroom, which is furnished with cozy seating. An awning allows you to completely darken the sunroom when the sun is shining, while a separate heater provides cozy warmth during the colder months. From the sunroom, you can step out onto the private patio, which is furnished with a table and chairs—ideal for relaxing outdoors.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering: a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and a small breakfast table.
