Este oasis de playa está remodelado con mejoras para su comodidad y disfrute. PANAMA BREEZE, propiedad familiar y amada por cuatro generaciones, le brinda todas las comodidades que hacen de una casa un hogar. Estamos orgullosos de esta unidad de playa bellamente decorada y amueblada: un dormitorio con una cama king size que incluye un gran armario y un acogedor loft con dos camas individuales; incluyendo una lavadora y secadora, un sofá cama queen en la sala de estar, un baño completo y una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana en la sala de estar, dormitorio y altillo. Disfrute de una vista al mar desde su sala de estar y relájese en la terraza trasera con vista a la piscina. Estamos construyendo una biblioteca de lectura en la playa, juegos y DVD familiares para su disfrute. ¡Usa el internet inalámbrico! Se ha incluido un centro de carga para su uso en el escritorio personalizado en la sala de estar. PANAMA BREEZE se encuentra en el 3er piso (solo escaleras) de Sunswept Condominiums. Estamos a solo unos pasos de la playa y de la piscina climatizada. Amazing Condo!

We loved our stay at Panama Breeze! Darla was wonderful to work with and very responsive. The condo is beautifully decorated and was perfect for our family. We love Sunswept and this has been our favorite condo thus far on the property. It is in a great location and only steps away from the beach! Will definitely be back!

Great little vacation spot

We truly enjoyed our stay at Sunswept. The condo was perfect! We were looking for a peaceful vacation, and this was the ticket! The beach is only a short walk from the condo (1-2 min). The beach was not crowded, and it was at the end of spring break! We enjoyed sitting on the patio with our breakfast! This condo has everything you would need!

So many memories made...

This was our second time staying at this condo. I absolutely love it! Close to the beach and it's not a busy spot so plenty of room to fly a kite (for our dates anyways) not far from food and shopping. The decor is my favorite and comfortable!! The kitchen has enough supplies that we can prepare food every night of we choose to. Also, the condo always feels clean as well as the pool area. BEST PLACE TO STAY!

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient, Pretty

The unit was clean and pretty. You can park below your stairwell. From the top of the stairs, you can see glimpses of the ocean between the buildings. You are a super short walk across the parking lot to the beach, but you are on the beach side. All facilities are pretty and clean. You are close to stores and service stations if you need supplies. We found a lot of shells, went to Gulf World, and Runaway Island. This unit has a loft with twin beds. The stairs to the loft are very solid and sturdy, also wide enough for an adult to walk up easily. It was nice to have a full couch instead of sofas and chairs like some other Sunswept units. The balcony view of the city and other businesses/homes was nice too. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were, too. Again, everything was clean!!! Appliances and WiFi worked well. No complaints. We love Sunswept overall, as well. The king sized bed was comfortable. Plenty of towel hooks was a plus! Pretty unit.

Best place in PCB!!

Our family loved the condo. Close to everything we needed and we absolutely loved how close it was to the beach. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Communication from owner was excellent. Would highly recommend this place if your looking to stay in PCB and wanting something close, safe and children friendly. Thank you!

Great time!

Beautiful and quiet condo. No elevator and located on 3rd floor. Clean and nicely decorated. Stairs are kinda steep to the second level where there are twin beds and upstairs is a little small...good for smaller children. Location not on beach but just a short walk around a building then you have a public access ramp. Not far drive to many attractions in either direction. Pool was clean and area was nicely kept. Darla was awesome to work with! She made sure we had everything we needed! I would definitely recommend this location!!

ALL YOU NEED & ADORABLE

Easy booking, great communication, easy check in/out, clean & so cute! I loved this place, it was perfect for the 2 of us, everything you need Darla has thought of. All attractions are nearby but far enough away to not be in the crowded section. The comfort & cleanliness make up for the 3rd floor stair climb with no beach view. The loft area would definitely be for teens or younger however another quest or 2 could sleep on the pull out sofa. All in all we loved it, very nice place with an owner easy to work with.

Beautiful Condo

Condo is very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen is very well stocked for most anything needed for cooking except the groceries. Ocean can be seen when on the front deck and only a very short walk to the beach. Darla is absolutely amazing and we look forward visiting again in the future. Look forward to visiting again.

Charming Condo

We rented this condo to come down and work on our place that was damaged by hurricane Michael. Darla reached out to us immediately to make sure we were not coming down to vacation as Panama City Beach was still recovering and she wanted to make sure we knew what to expect and to give us a chance to back out of the reservation. Not many would have been so forthright and honest. The condo was perfect. Nicely decorated with modern furnishings and very clean. It is fully equipped and on the quiet end of Thomas Drive. Although the occasion was not the best, we enjoyed our stay at Panama Breeze and would stay there again.

Great Place to Stay!

We enjoyed the condo! Everything thing was perfect. Just wish we knew that we were on the 3rd floor and had to walk the stairs with our suitcases. Outside of that, I would recommend this location to anyone!

My 24 year old daughters and I just loved the condo! So nicely decorated and well stocked so we could cook a couple of meals. I highly recommend this condo it has a nice pool and quick beach access! Whether you are adults or a family with kids this is a great condo!!

I grew up spending summer vacations at Panama City Beach. This time with my family was very special to me, building fond memories I'll hold onto forever. As I had my own family, I continued the tradition and raised my son enjoying the beautiful white sandy beaches of Panama City. Many years have passed and our story continues with our multi-generational family now enjoying our beach oasis. My son and his family are also making yearly trips to Panama Breeze for family fun and memories. This summer, our four generations will gather at Sunswept for a family reunion. This will be a first for us and I believe will become an annual event.

My parents have purchased and sold several different units at Sunswept Condominiums, the first one when the complex was built. They have owned units at other complexes in the area, but have sold them all, preferring Sunswept Condominiums, because of the family atmosphere and commitment of the owners to maintain a beautiful and quiet environment for vacationers. My dad has served as one of the homeowners association presidents. I am now starting to rent the beach unit to support my parents and our favorite family getaway. We are thrilled to share this vacation spot with you, what has become our favorite family oasis! We hope it becomes one of your favorite family trips. In our opinion, Panama Breeze at Sunswept Condominiums is the best place for a family to stay on this beach. We have years of experience, and a strong commitment to our family oasis and to Sunswept Condominiums to back this claim.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love how easy and close it is to get to the beach. When we want a change, we go to the pool, which is so well maintained and is nestled among nice landscaped grounds with large beautiful palm trees. The pool is hardly ever crowded. There are a few charcoal grills and picnic tables on the property for you to have a picnic. When you want to leave the premise, you are conveniently located to the exciting arcades, miniature golf, go carts, and many more activities, all the food places you could ask for, and all the nature seeking opportunities you wish to find at the beach. You are conveniently located to all types of activities, without being in the congested area of PCB. The benefit of stay at Panama Breeze is the fact that it is newly gutted and remodeled to provide a comfortable and tastefully decorated beach oasis for all of our enjoyment. I love seeing a view of the ocean from the living area and I enjoy relaxing with a cup of coffee or eating a meal at the table on the balcony overlooking the pool area. It's simply wonderful!
