Nestled between nature, the Bodden landscape, and Rügen’s sunny southern coast, a comfortable vacation home for up to four people awaits you in the vacation village of Klein Stresow. The “Herrlichkeit 01” half-house, newly built in 2021, combines modern architecture with tasteful Nordic-style furnishings. With 61 m² of space, couples, families, or friends traveling together will find plenty of room for a relaxing vacation. Dogs are also welcome, subject to prior registration.

The carefully coordinated decor catches your eye the moment you step inside. Furniture, lighting, and artwork create a modern yet cozy atmosphere. The heart of the vacation home is the open-concept living and dining area. A comfortable sofa with an ottoman invites you to relax after an outing around the island. On cooler days, the fireplace creates a particularly cozy atmosphere. A flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi are available for entertainment.

Floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light into the living area. At the same time, they open up to the sunny south-facing terrace and the private garden. Here, you can enjoy a peaceful breakfast in the morning, breathe in the fresh air, or relax and wind down after an eventful day. Garden furniture is provided for your use. The garden also offers space for relaxation and play.

The modern, open-concept kitchen blends harmoniously into the living area. It is equipped with high-quality appliances and features, among other things, a stovetop, a dishwasher, as well as dishes and other utensils for preparing meals together. Meals are enjoyed at the stylish dining table with four chairs. This ensures there’s plenty of room for conversation and quality time together, even while cooking.

Two separate bedrooms provide pleasant retreats and restful nights. The first bedroom features a spacious double box-spring bed with a sleeping area measuring 1.80 × 2.10 meters. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, each measuring 90 × 200 centimeters. Both rooms have a closet and their own flat-screen TV.

The two modern bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and toilet, are particularly convenient. This makes for a pleasant and hassle-free morning, even when the apartment is occupied by four people. The ground-floor bathroom also offers a special treat: a private Finnish sauna. After a bike ride, a walk along the water, or an active day on Rügen, you can relax here in peace and quiet. Towels are provided upon arrival, and the beds are already made.

The vacation home is situated close to nature in Klein Stresow, not far from the Greifswald Bodden. An idyllic natural beach is about 600 meters away and can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. A handcart is available for the walk to the beach. The surrounding area is ideal for bike rides as well as kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) excursions. Afterward, return to your own vacation home and enjoy the evening in the garden, on the patio, in front of the fireplace, or in the sauna.

The house comes with a reserved, free parking space. Access to the vacation village is via a natural, unpaved road, which must be traveled at walking speed. A total of three shared charging stations are available within the vacation village for electric vehicles. There is a fee for using these stations, which is based on the length of your stay. You must bring your own charging cable for your vehicle.

It’s also possible to arrive without a car. A shuttle service is available from the Putbus train station for a small fee. The Café Klein Stresow, with its adjoining farm shop, provides additional comfort during your stay. It offers hot and cold beverages, fresh breakfast rolls, light meals and snacks, homemade cakes, ice cream, specialty coffees, and regional products.
