We had a good stay overall, but there are a few things worth noting for future guests. The property is comfortable, though both the house and some of the listing photos feel a bit dated. A few photos appear to be taken off-site, which can be a bit deceiving.On the positive side, the hot tub heats up very well, and the pool is a generous size. The kitchen is well equipped, which made meals easy. The beds themselves aren’t the most comfortable, but the bedding was clean.Overall, it was a good stay and the host was friendly and accommodating — just be aware of the small discrepancies between the listing and reality

The house and the amenities were as described or even better. The kitchen is fully equipped. The pool area has everything you would need for lounging in/at the pool or going to the beach. We had a very relaxing stay and we would recommend this property to friends.

We had an amazing stay at this property in Maui! The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the home itself was spotless—so clean and well maintained. The backyard felt like a private little oasis, and the master bathroom’s shower was incredible. The hosts were excellent communicators, making everything seamless from start to finish. The location was also perfect, close to everything we wanted to do in the area. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends and family!

Beautiful home for a wonderful family vacation

We came to Maui to celebrate my 60th birthday with our three adult children who live in different parts of the country and world. We just wanted a place to relax and spent time together as a family as we don't have that very often. This home was perfect! It was very clean and we felt very comfortable there. The beds and furniture are all comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked - we really enjoyed all the outdoor drink and serveware! The pool is exquisite. There is a hot tub as well, but we spent much of our time in the pool. There is plenty of outdoor furniture to relax in and eat at. The fire pit was also very nice and we used the built in bbq to make dinner. We did spend some time sightseeing but I feel like most of our time was spent at the house, as we loved it so much! We met the owner's son who was very pleasant and eager to answer all of our questions. The owners are very communicative and welcoming. Everything is better than you see in the pictures!

Perfect Family Getaway!

After each day of snorkeling we would come back to relax poolside, soak in hot tub, grill together, play games, watch the changing sky into the evening sunset and end with star gazing. It felt like our home away from home. Thank you Dianna & Troy. We look forward to a return visit hopefully soon.

Wonderful Vacation!

The experience couldn’t have been better! The house is lovely and was just what our family was looking for in being a home away from home in paradise. The house was full of useful amenities - kitchen is fully stocked; the laundry is great; and there is everything you need for the beach!The location is very close to town but far enough away to feel completely relaxed.Our family would absolutely stay here again!

Maui Vacay

This place is described accurately and met all our expectations. We cooked several meals and the kitchen and grill were well suited and stocked for our needs. The living space was comfortable, and it was especially nice to open the sliding doors to experience the lanai. The outdoor pool/hot tub were welcome to have as well as the view of the ocean which allowed us to watch beautiful sunsets. To be fair, the proximity to the beach allowed us to quickly get there and watch sunsets on the beach! Communication and assistance from the owners was prompt and helpful. If we were to return, we'd definitely consider rebooking this place again!

Great house and location!

Every kitchen amenity is available. The pool and hot tub area are amazing. So much outdoor seating is available. The grill was super clean! The beds were comfortable. Needed some bedding for the pull out twin beds in living room. Some privacy curtains on huge windows for the living room would have been nice for those sleeping in there. A couple other things to improve which I messaged the owner about and he was always very responsive and kind!! A current instructional book with how to access WiFi, tv controls, A/C controls, shades, pool etc…

Great Home/Convenient Location

We truly enjoyed out stay at Troy and Dianna's property. The house is clean, comfortable, and close to the beaches, shopping, restaurants as well as an easy jump on the highway to upcountry and the airport. Troy was excellent at communicating with us.

Wonderful stay in Maui

Our stay was wonderful. Troy and Dianna were excellent hosts. The house was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was very well stocked, and beach gear was available. The property is short driving distance to many beaches, shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. When sitting by the pool, it feels like you are on your own island as there is beautiful landscaping creating privacy from the neighbors. We were comfortable with 8 guests as there are two twin pull out ottomans in the living room. Highly recommend this home!

Wonderful Vacation!

The location is perfect. Even the drive to the beach is short, easily accessed and was never that busy. We tried other beaches, but kept coming back to that one anyway! The pool is amazing and the views are gorgeous. The house was spacious and had absolutely everything we could have needed. Finally, Troy and Dianna are fantastic! I instantly felt like when I met them I had known them for years. There was a gas strike by some of the workers that led to some shortage issues and I can't say enough about how far they bent over backwards to make sure our trip wasn't impacted. I would highly recommend this stay. It's the quintessential slice Hawaiian paradise we were looking for. Our family will definitely be back!

Great location and amazing amenities.

My wife and I were excited to take our five kids back to Maui and experience the island again. After a few days at the Westin we wanted a slower pace and something away from a resort. We were more than happy with the house. The pool and hot tub are amazing and the location is great. This was our third time to Maui but our first time in South Maui. Our favorite beach and best snorkeling with three turtles was 4 minutes from the house. Despite how amazing the accommodations are, Troy and Dianna are still probably the best part of the rental. Very easy to get a hold of and a wealth of information about the island. Would definitely stay there again and really enjoy the memories our family was able to make there.

A perfect home & location for our family vacation

We stayed a full week at the property & loved it! I booked it for the outdoor space & was so happy it was actually what the pictures looked like. It was spacious & inviting. The beds were all comfy & the kitchen was well stocked. The only thing I didn’t love was the AC was set on a 6 hour timer. I understand why, but the second master didn’t have an overhead fan, so it wasn’t as cool. But overall it was good enough. Troy was super nice & there were some thoughtful additions like beach chairs & a cooler we used. The location was also centrally located to many things. I hope to return .

A Wonderful Stay

We stayed at Troy and Dianna’s property for 10 days February 2023. We are a family of three couples plus an infant. The hosts were super friendly, thoughtful and helpful, responding quickly to any questions we had both before and during our stay. The home was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed plus more. Washer/dryer, plenty of towels, booster seat with tray for the baby, toilet paper, dish soap, coffee, …. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, and loved using the hot tub every night. They had beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards for use on beach days which we really appreciated. The drive to the beach and shops was about 5 minutes. “Our” Maui home was in a quiet peaceful neighbourhood. We could not have asked for anything more. We had a truly wonderful stay! Troy and Dianna, Thank you so much for everything!

Before deciding to turn our home into a vacation rental we raised our family here. Now that our three sons have married and moved out we figured it was the perfect time. We live in a separate cottage on property for your convenience.

We love this area of Maui. The small town way of life with all the beaches and things to do. Plus the excitement of tourism and resort life to balance everything out.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

What we love about our home is the ocean view just beyond the pool and spa when you first enter though the front door. The beautiful kitchen, bathrooms, living area. The built in barbecue and fire pit not to mention the vaulted wood ceilings.
