Town house Santana is located in the middle of the beautiful old town of Pollensa, just a few metres away from the pedestrian zone. The old town offers a variety of boutiques, shops, cafés and restaurants - all in walking distance. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicens and the sophisticated Pollensa golf course are less thant 10 minutes drive away. Casa Segui is ideal for travellers who want to be in a beautiful small town with quick access to mountains and the sea and who enjoy to discover the island on their own.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. The house has a garage to store bicycles or motor bikes. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

The ground floor is distributed into a living room, a dining room overlooking the backyard and the pool and a modern, fully fitted kitchen.

On the first floor there are 2 twin bedrooms, sharing one full bathroom, and a double bedroom with bathroom en-suite.

The master bedroom is on the top floor and offers a bathroom en-suite and a small dressing room.

All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning w/c.

Town house Santana offers a beautiful inner backyard with a 2 x 5 metre pool and several terraces, one of which has marvellous views over the roofs of the old town.

Children are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available free on request.
