Finca near Cala Sant Vicenç. Finca Olga is a former oil mill that has been renovated with great attention to detail and transformed into a holiday home with plenty of character.

Finca Olga is a historic holiday home between Cala Sant Vicenç and Pollensa. It is only a short drive away from the holiday resort Cala Sant Vicenç. The romantic seaside village has three sandy beaches and some nice little coves. The crystal clear waters are paradise for snorkelers and divers. The village has a few shops to shop for the daily groceries and a couple of very nice restaurants overlooking the sea.

The old town of Pollensa is particularly beautiful. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Olga is a converted oil mill from the 18th century. During the renovation, many of the original elements were preserved, giving the house a cosy ambience with a lot of character and charm.

On the ground floor there are the living room with exposed ceiling beams and a traditional country kitchen with breakfast counter and adjoining dining area, which has access to the terrace.

From the impressive entrance hall, two staircases lead to the sleeping area on the first floor. Here there are 4 bedrooms, all with fantastic countryside views and historic details such as wood-beamed ceilings and windows set in stone. There are two bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with two single beds each, sharing two bathrooms.

The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning running on a timer and with set operating hours.

Finca Olga has a fantastic outdoor area with lawn, lush plants and many beautiful places to linger. Directly at the house there is a large, covered terrace with a view of the pool and a large dining table. Parking for 2 or 3 rental cars is available on the property.

Children are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available free on request.
