Villa Twin Oaks ubicada en el corazón de Sea Pines y situada a la salida de la calle 10 de Harbourtown Golf Links, sede del torneo de golf The Heritage.

Villa confortable de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños. El dormitorio principal tiene cama king, televisión de pantalla plana, baño completo y vestidor. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales, televisión de pantalla plana, vestidor y baño completo con 2 entradas. Loft abierto para 2 personas tiene 2 camas individuales con medio baño. La gran sala de estar tiene muchos asientos, televisión de pantalla plana, DVD y chimenea. Wifi incluido. La cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos principales, mesa con capacidad para 4 y una lavadora y secadora. Comedor separado asientos 6. Esta es una unidad final, por lo que proporciona privacidad adicional. Fantastic Home

We were thrilled to stay in this beautiful and spacious home again. The prime location is right on the Harbour Town links with a waterway in the back yard with 2 private patios attracting a wide variety of birds and alligators. Beyond that you can see the Calibogie Sound which reflects the gorgeous sunsets. It is a very short distance between the beach and Harbour Town. The home is equipped with everything you could possibly need while away from home. The owners were unbelievably responsive as I felt like I contacted them several times with silly questions which were answered immediately. The end unit provided extra light and extra views! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Perfect anniversary stay!

Great Place

The property was everything that was mentioned in the listing. Excellent location and had great views of the golf course. The location was convenient to all of sea pines venues as well as really close to all of the Harbourtown shops and restaurants. We had a great time and would certainly book the Villa in the future.

We keep returning!

We stay in Irene's condo twice a year. The location can't be beat if you are looking for a gorgeous view and close proximity to Harbour Town! It is also only short bike ride to the beach. Irene is always quick to respond with any questions or issues that arise.

Well-maintained condo in a beautiful setting on the golf course in Sea Pines. Condo included everything we needed to cook full meals and was very comfortable. Kids loved the whimsy of the spiral staircase to the loft, but parents with young toddlers may want to take bote

Perfect Location in Sea Pines!

Great view. Easy walk to Harbour Town. Easy bike ride to the beach. We love coming back to Irene's condo. She is easy to deal with and happy to answer any questions in a timely manner.

Hoping to return for a longer stay!

Thank you for allowing us a wonderful stay at your Hilton Head villa. Your home provided a comfortable rest and peaceful beauty. The large trees surrounding your home are magnificent. Although our stay was short, we enjoyed the beach, set out on a shrimp trawling adventure and watched a beautiful sunset. Sweet villa on #10 at Harbour Town

Fantastic, very clean, exactly as described. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our mini-vacation. The condo was perfect for us. We especially appreciated coming back from our rounds of golf and sitting on the patio watching the tee shots from #10. We did need to exchange the propane tank, but I texted Irene the receipt and there was a refund check waiting for me when I got home. Convenient and peaceful!

Desirable home on Sea Pines

This beautiful condo has plenty of space. The owners were kind enough to have everything stocked from cleaning supplies, plentiful kitchen appliances, stocked dishes, cookware and utensils, extra blankets and pillows. We don’t have any little ones, but there was even a pack and play available The condo was in a perfect location- close to the beach and Harbor Town. There was a lovely view from the 2 back patios of the famous Links at Harbor Town, a waterway— and beyond that the glistening Calibogie Sound where we watched the beautiful sunset and sailboats under the Spanish moss of the live oak trees. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Highly recommend this place!

We had such a wonderful stay in Sea Pines! The house is beautiful, clean and Irene and Steve were very responsive. The house is in a wonderful location, walking/biking distance to Harbor Town and the local beach. It’s about an 18 min bike ride to Coligny beach where there is a huge playground, shops, and restaurant. Bike rental place and some great coffee shops right around the corner. We all ready booked for next year!! Thank you so much for a great stay!

Quiet lovely view

A great location and has a beautiful view from the living room. Ground level entry which means no carrying luggage up the stairs. The bedrooms are spacious and closets have lots of hangers. A gas BBQ which works well. Nice updates with kitchen, appliances, and flooring. The owners were responsive to questions and very easy to deal with. There were a few issues with the cleanliness upon arrival however the owner dealt with it in an appropriate manner.

Watch the Golfers

This is a nice property right on the 10th fairway of the Harbor Town golf course. Easy access to walking trails and short walk to Harbor Town. Very pleasant sitting on the patio and watching the golfers. Parking is strictly limited to 2 spaces and you do have to pay to enter Sea Pines. If you have friends over they have to pay to enter Sea Pines and parking is a problem if you need more than 2 spaces. The owner is responsive and the listing is accurate. It was a very good value.
