Esta es una hermosa casa de tres dormitorios que está cerca del final de una tranquila calle sin salida. Se encuentra en Eastons Point en Middletown, entre Primera y Segunda playa ya pocos minutos de la ciudad.

La casa cuenta con un plan abierto inferior piso nivelado con pisos de madera y una cubierta de gran tamaño con parrilla de gas. El dormitorio principal es grande, con vistas a la Primera Playa y acantilado a pie desde el balcón del segundo piso.

A week in Middletown Rhode Island

The property is in an ideal location. The layout is very nice. The kitchen, dining and TV area are very cozy. The widows, window treatments and sliding doors need some updating. Overall, we had a great time!

Great location!

The house was roomy enough for all of us with spaces to gather together and privacy for our young adults and teen. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything needed for meals or takeout. The location was superb with easy access to many sites on our must see list. The property was very responsive (we just had a question, no issues).

Amazing Getaway

We stayed at this lovely home in Middletown for 4.5 months during the renovation of our Newport home. From the moment I unlocked the door, it was love a first sight. The home is spacious, tastefully decorated, and immaculate. Several rooms had a great ocean view (First Beach), and the home was within walking distance of both First and Second Beach. The sunsets were spectacular. I had to work during my stay, and it was perfect for working and relaxing-- the internet service was exceptionally good. While only two of us stayed at this VRBO, it is ideal for small or large families. If you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed; the hosts were great to work with. We certainly will be recommending this getaway to our friends and family!

Great location right outside of Newport

The house is in a wonderful location and the neighborhood is very nice. It's easy to get to Newport and to all of the beaches as well as being within walking distance to some restaurants and First Beach. The house is somewhat dated/worn but the kitchen has been remodeled and is much much nicer than the pics. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking utensils, cookware and serve ware. The deck has plenty of chairs and a table for seating as well as a new grill. The upstairs has two bedrooms which share one bathroom and there is one bedroom downstairs that has the use of a full bathroom. There is only one blow-dryer so bring an extra if you have a few women in the house. The communication with the owners was top-notch! The tub downstairs was not draining well and Christine, the owner, had someone out the next day to fix it. She also gave us tips on what to do/where to eat and was very responsive to my questions. I have no complaints and the price we paid per night was appropriate. Overall, we were quite satisfied.

Wow, what an amazing house in an amazing location! The owners are very nice and very attentive to any needs that came up during my stay. Check in and check out was seamless and very easy. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place!

Excellent all the way around!

We really enjoyed our three week stay in this rental! We were pleasantly surprised to walk in and basically see a house ready and waiting for us! I had expected to need to run out and get toilet paper, paper towels, and other essentials and was very pleased to see they were there and ready for us. Our kids LOVED playing on the huge deck and were super excited to find Beach and sand toys in the garage... including a kite! The bedrooms are roomy and the master has a wonderful view from its balcony! A few days into our stay the dryer went out…! Eeeek! We let the owner know immediately and she acted right away! A new dryer was installed Within two days. Some thing that is very important to list in this review is how excellent communication was between ourselves and the owner. Anytime we reached out she responded quickly! I even locked myself out one day and she remedied that quickly too! I can’t say enough how awesome our experience was! This house is literally a 10 minute walk to beautiful beaches and the cute little cafe (Bodega something is the name ) on Aquidneck was a great little stop and for *excellent* burgers Mission was a neat stop! Overall we have no negative comments about this place! Thanks, Christine, for everything!

Peaceful Beach Getaway

This is a great house in a great location. The owners were easy to work with, the home is spacious and well-stocked for renters. It's the next to last house on a dead end street, so very quiet with friendly neighbors. Easy walk to the shops and First Beach, and a short ride to Second Beach and Newport.

Great location and suited us well

We were looking for a large enough house to accommodate a large group (5 adults, 2 kids and 1 baby) and on the eastern / southern side of Pulgatory road and this house fit our needs perfectly. There was plenty of room for everyone between the 3 bedrooms and living areas and we made good use of the large deck and great Weber grill. George and his wife were great communicators and let us know that they were available if we needed anything. The house is located on a quiet dead end street within 5 min or so walk to the eastern end of Easton / First Beach, which made morning walks on the beach super easy. Some of the appliances like the stove, washer / dryer and the TV had seen better days but they all worked fine for us. We were there on some of the hottest days of the year so the upper floors did get quite warm as the house does not have any AC but it would generally cool down through the night via the ceiling fans and sea breeze. All in all, this was a fine stay for our family.

Great location for beaches and easy access to Newport.

House is a good size for six adults. It is well equipped. Had concerns about lack of air conditioning but there was a steady breeze the entire week because the house is located on a hill and has plenty of ceiling and other fans. Nice yard for games and a big deck with constant sunshine. Outdoor shower has hot water but is not enclosed. You can walk or bike to First Beach and the Newport Cliff Walk. Coffee shops and restaurants also quite close by. Had a great week!

Great Vacation Home!

We stayed at this wonderful home in Middletown for a month. It had a great open floor plan and was nicely decorated and furnished. We loved the location as it is within walking distance to first (easton's) and second beach and cliff walk. The ocean views were great! There is also a large deck and yard to entertain on and enjoy! The owner's were very helpful with local information and very responsive in taking care of the home. The house is very well maintained and we had a very enjoyable stay there. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!

Warm home, great location, outstanding owner

Our family enjoyed a little over a month at this location. The home was very warm, inviting, well accommodated, & extremely convenient to Newport, Naval War College, Cliff Walk, beaches and nice places to eat. The neighborhood is peaceful, and views were wonderful of the First Beach and Breakers area. The owner was very attentive and helpful with local information, and very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend for your next stay in the Newport area, whether for a week or longer stay.
