Apartment complex Strandjuwel WE 214: quiet 1-room apartment close to the beach

This quiet, beachfront one-room apartment 214 (approx. 26 m²) on the mezzanine / 1st floor of Building B (no elevator) features a functional floor plan and is fully furnished. The flooring is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain finish, and the bathroom/toilet is tiled.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The living area features two comfortable wicker armchairs, a dining table with chairs, a sideboard, and a dresser. The living area offers direct access to the approximately 4.5 m² balcony (facing north and west) with balcony furniture. Here you can sit back and relax, enjoying the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the vacation apartment is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV. In addition, the apartment features free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Upon request, we’d be happy to provide you with a portable oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious closet, and a dresser. To ensure a good night’s sleep, the apartment features blackout curtains and blinds.

The bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, a hair dryer, a towel warmer, and ample storage space.

You can hang your jackets on the coat rack in the apartment’s entryway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

A small children’s playground in the courtyard ensures that even the youngest guests won’t get bored.

As a special highlight, guests at the “Strandjuwel” apartment complex enjoy discounted access to the attractive “KÜBOMARE” wellness and leisure oasis with its seawater and sauna areas right on our doorstep (a 2-minute walk). In the seawater area, two large swimming pools await you at a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees; in the sauna area (with indoor and outdoor sections), you’ll find various saunas (including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, cabin sauna, dry sauna, Kelo earth sauna, and log cabin sauna, as well as a steam bath), various relaxation areas, and much more. Depending on our parking capacity and the permitted vehicle dimensions, you can park your car for a fee in reserved parking spaces either in the “Villa Hanse” parking garage located in the courtyard or in the “Seebrücke” parking garage located in the immediate vicinity of the residential complex (approx. 200 m). You can park your bicycles in the courtyard of our residential complex using the bike racks provided there. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—please refer to the price list for the modest additional fee.

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.

Our agency’s rental office is located on the street side and integrated into the apartment complex; our staff will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
