Vacation Apartment 201 in Haus Atlantik is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

Decorated in earth tones, this 3-room vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the “Atlantik” and offers 67 m² of space for a relaxing vacation right next to the pier. The apartment features a combined living and dining area, a modern kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms. Enjoy the sun on the furnished south-facing balcony. The beach and the pier are just 50 meters away.

In the living area of the vacation rental, a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a stereo system invite you to enjoy cozy evenings together. Wi-Fi access is available free of charge. The dining table connects the living area to the kitchen. The large table with 6 upholstered chairs offers plenty of space for shared meals.

The modern kitchenette is fully equipped. Kitchen amenities include a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle.

In the first bedroom of the vacation rental, a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) promises a restful night’s sleep. A large closet offers plenty of storage space for your luggage. A flat-screen TV provides evening entertainment here as well. The second bedroom is furnished with a sleeper sofa (148 x 195 cm). A closet here also provides ample storage space. The sleeper sofa (160 x 200 cm) in the living area quickly transforms into a comfortable sleeping space for two people. Curtains and roller blinds are provided in both bedrooms and the living area for privacy or to block out light.

A travel crib and a high chair are available for our younger guests. Is your vacation laundry wrinkled in your suitcase? No problem: You’ll find an ironing board and an iron in the storage room.

The bright and modern shower room with a toilet features a lighted mirror and a sink. It offers storage space for your toiletries. The bathroom is tiled. Vinyl flooring is installed in the living room and bedrooms. A rug in front of the couch and runners in the first bedroom add a touch of coziness. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed here.

The exclusive Atlantik building with an elevator is situated in a prime location on the beach promenade in Kühlungsborn. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building’s basement for a fee. A bicycle storage room is located in the underground parking garage. The vacation apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage (max. height 1.80 m).

The exclusive Atlantik apartment building is located directly on the pier and the beautiful beach promenade of Kühlungsborn. The beach is only 50 m away. The well-maintained courtyard of the apartment building invites you to relax. You can reach the vacation apartments via the stairs or by elevator. The Atlantik building offers a lockable bicycle storage room, as well as coin-operated washers and dryers.
Each vacation apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles that are not sports models (lowered, with spoilers, or low-profile tires). Please observe the applicable signage, as well as the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
