Nuestra villa de lujo multimillonaria está bellamente situada con vistas al Mar de Cortés. Esta elegante villa de estilo toscano de nueva construcción cuenta con una gran cocina gourmet y una gran sala de estar, encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos nuevos con dormitorios en su mayoría grandes, que tienen excelentes vistas. Tiene más de 5000 pies cuadrados de área cubierta y un hermoso spa con jacuzzi que se derrama en una de las piscinas climatizadas de estilo playa más grandes de Santa Carmela. Aquí encontrará su propia palapa, exuberantes jardines, patios cubiertos y barbacoa de gas incorporada.

La suite principal incluye dos vestidores grandes, cama King y baño principal con una gran ducha para dos. El dormitorio principal # 2 tiene una cama king y su propio baño y ducha. El dormitorio principal # 3 tiene una cama king y su propio baño con ducha. Dormitorio # 4 tiene una cama queen con baño completo una puerta más. La suite principal # 5 tiene una cama king size, baño principal, ventanas y puertas de pared a pared con vista a la piscina y al mar.

Better than advertised

The entire family raved about how good this house was. Karla did an amazing job as property manager arranging many services for us. And owner even communicated with us. Relaxing atmosphere. Safe quiet neighbourhood. Clubhouse had phenomenal access to the ocean with spectacular views.

Best vacation!

Came to Cabo with a family of 13 to celebrate my birthday and couldn’t wish for a better place. The house is amazing and having Karla as a concierge was priceless.

Beautiful location

The size was perfect for our extended family of 10. We loved the pool, hot tub, and the 180 degree vista gave us glorious dawns and sunsets. Karla was very helpful throughout our stay.

Beautiful large home that’s a little past its prime, but still a great value for a large family like ours. Some deferred maintenance and furniture staining from the previous guests was my big issue. I was concerned that I would get charged for the staining, but Jonathon agreed that it was there before us. This house gets a lot of use, especially with the chefs (who are great) coming in and using the kitchen and outside grill. Pool was not heated up before our arrival and didn’t get warm until we left. Spa heat up quickly, but turns off after an hour. Someone had turned the hot water tank temp down so we didn’t have hot water for the first night. One of our showers never had hot water but we can share showers. (There’s five in the house) Karla, the regular host is out on extended Vaca so we dealt with her brother Jonathon. Jonathon responded to any of our inquiries and sourced groceries. This is a nice neighborhood and Security is very tight so we felt very comfortable staying there. Uber drive to Centro/ Marina is about 15 minutes and 45 minutes over to.San Jose. Uber seems to be the play as they showed up approximately five minutes from the time we ordered. In summation big house fair price good location.
Sofas have a lot of wear
Everything could use a deep cleaning
Outside seating has had a lot of people eating on it
Outside Grill gets used a lot

40th birthday trip

Had a great time at the home. The entire property is amazing. We cooked a few meals in home and enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood beach is a short walk and has stellar views of the coast. We will be back next year for sure.

Beautiful property

This home was beautiful and we had a great stay. Karla, our host was very helpful and responsive. The first part of the week my wife and her girlfriends celebrated my wife’s birthday and the second half of the week we brought our family of five and my sister’s family of four together for Thanksgiving. The place is amazing for a girls trip and just as great for a family trip. There is a Pickleball court within 100 yards of the house and we utilize it almost every day. We cooked at least one meal a day there and the place has everything.

An Amazing Villa

We had the most amazing week at the beautiful Villa Tuscano! The property really exceeded our expectations. Our group of four couples spent most of our time relaxing in and around the gorgeous swimming pool. And the huge kitchen/dining area/living room was perfect for entertaining. Karla was a great help in making our visit flawless. She answered questions, made reservations, arranged transportation and welcomed us to the private gated community of Santa Carmela. We are already anxious to return next year.

If you desire a fabulous vacation experience in Cabo San Lucas reserve this incredible home. We relaxed, felt pampered and completely enjoyed this home, from the spacious luxurious surroundings to the relaxing pool and spa to whale watching from the deck. A short drive to Cabo beaches, fun water sports, waterfront dining and "no bad days". Jeff the owner and his wonderful concierge Karla went above and beyond before during and after our stay to insure we were satisfied. We look forward to returning to this great home in the future.

Simply Amazing!!!!

I took my wife here for her 50th birthday along with some family and friends (8 total) and this place was everything I expected plus more. I had did a lot of research of houses in the area and this one just stood out. With 8 people, we never felt crowded, the rooms were amazing and the pool was out of this world and heated perfectly....That is where we spent most of our time. Made some last minute arrangements for some travel away from the home and Vania and Karla (Concierges)_ were amazing. They were able to accommodate us and get us where we needed to go in a nice clean transportation. Will DEFINATELY look to stay here again when we visit Cabo next time.

AMAZING!!!

First, the communication with Karla (the property manager) was flawless! She answered all of our questions timely and kept us up to date every step of the way. The dinners organized and provided by Vania were also timely and allowed us to simply relax COMPLETELY!!! Next the pictures don’t even do this property justice. We had 4 couples and were so comfortable - it was unbelievable. The accommodations were spacious and even when we were all together we were not crowded. We would ALL stay here again!!!

Better than the photos

This was the perfect house for our family. The open floor plan and doors that opened to the pool area created such a great space to gather, but also plenty of spots outside for alone quiet time as well. Our 18m old granddaughter absolutely loved the wading area of the pool, calling it her beach. Carla and Vania were wonderful as well. Lots of communication in advance, stocked our fridge and helped us throughout the week with booking a sailing excursion, arranging Chef dinners (they were awesome by the way!). Location was perfect for us - quick drive into Cabo when we wanted to go, supermarket and Costco just across the main highway and an easy drive to the airport. We are VRBO owners as well and I appreciated all of the extra touches. We'd definitely recommend!

Santa Carmela Home

Seven adults stayed at the Santa Carmela home for a week. In a word, it was wonderful. The home is beautiful, spacious and practical. My first impression at the home was that the home presents better than the pictures. We focused on the pool and spa areas and stayed home a lot. I played golf twice. Shopping is close. The view is grand. The value is there. This home will accommodate any set of visitors, any age. We shopped the available homes before choosing, and we chose well. I believe any guests will feel the same.

Cabo Getaway

This Santa Carmela private home was as described! Beautiful home in a gated community, located in a great area with close access to Cabo or San Jose del Cabo. Karla met us at check-in and gave us a great tour of the home and pool, along with spending time with our group answering any questions we had and recommending places to go. She also was very responsive when we had other questions during our stay. Our group of 10 had plenty of room in this home and it was perfectly sized for our trip. The interior of the home is beautiful and was very comfortable. Great views from the pool and plenty of outdoor furniture to lounge around! Additionally, the neighborhood club pool had beautiful views of the ocean and sunrise each morning! We have stayed at different homes and resorts in this area numerous times over the years and must say, this home will be our choice for future trips!

Family trip

I can NOT SAY ENOUGH about this place. First off Karla is AMAZING. She helped us basically plan our trip and when i sent her a text she got back with me within 5 min. During our stay she offered restaurant ideas..shops etc. She is awesome. The pictures of the house are beautiful but prepare yourself to be knocked out. Vania was our chef and it may have been the best meal we had during our stay. You have everything you need while there. I suggest you have them stock you up with some groceries. It was worth it. The sunrises and sunsets are amazing. I cant say enough about this property. Truly a vacation we will never forget. I WANT TO LIVE HERE!!!!

Cabo Paradise

We stayed at this property at the end of March 2023 for Spring Break. Two families (four adults and seven kids 6-17yo) shared the home. There was more than ample room for everyone. The house was clean, well appointed, and located in a beautiful gated community with wonderful ocean views. The community itself was very quiet, and all of the neighbors were friendly, but we rarely saw other people unless they were out walking on the street. There are some things about our stay that we'd like to highlight. First, the concierge, Karla, is absolutely outstanding. She was there to great us when we arrived and effortlessly showed us everything about the house. She was available if we needed help with anything (i.e. transport of 11 people to and from the airport and around Cabo, groceries, dining recommendations, how to turn on the spa correctly, how to open the safes the kids locked accidentally while playing, etc.) She was also there when we left on our last day. She elevates the experience at the property to another level. Second, the pool and spa. They are just awesome... for adults and kids. Third, the Wifi is fast and consistent. We've stayed at many VRBOs where the Wifi was either not fast enough or couldn't handle all of the electronic devices/streaming bandwidth that is needed for a group this large. Last, the multi-zone sound system is fantastic, and seamlessly switches between devices. We'd pick this property again in a heartbeat!
