The beach was right across the street, saw whales from the lanai as “promised”! Condo was well equipped and owner was fantastic about handling an early “snafoo”. Would stay again for sure!

Great stay in Maui

Had a great family vacation in this super comfortable unit in Maui. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, and there's beach chairs, towels, and beach gear for a great day outside. Loved the dvd selection for the entire family.

We were visiting during the Kona low storm. We didn’t have power for 48 hours but the condo still had some airflow and plenty of light. The parking lot did not have any flooding and the grounds were very well maintained. This condo comes with the best parking spot in the lot. The condo is right across the street from the beach and we enjoyed watching the ocean from the large windows while it rained. The pool and hot tub were very nice to have during our trip. They also have gas grills may people were using during the power outage. Nice condo and property.

Amazing Stay

Everything about this property was lovely. The condo was clean and well equipped, the pool and hot tub were well maintained, location is perfect to get around the island and watching the whales from the lanai was a highlight. We very much enjoyed out stay. Thank you.

The condo was wonderful!

We had such a nice stay here. The beach is very close and the sunsets from across the street are the best around. Everything you need is right at your fingertips. I would gladly spend more time here.

Wonderful stay

Clean, spacious 2 bedroom. Nice pool and hot tub. Walk across street to the ocean. Not really swimmable but who cares great beaches all over area. If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay in Kihei try this one

Great location, beautiful views, great communication

This was a great spot for our family to land during our 11 nights in Maui. It’s a great central spot close to things but not fully IN the tourist/retail spots. It was easy to hit all sides of Maui from this point and neighbors and locals were super friendly as were the hosts. We will recommend this spot here and with friends! Thanks!

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful condo in kihei. Very close to the beach for leisurely walking. Lots of kitchenware for when you want to stay in and cook. Pool area was nice. And the beach chair came in very handy! Would come back :)

As an owner, I was very disappointed with having to deal with these guests and their alleged "issues." In three years of offering this vacation rental, we have NEVER BEFORE RECEIVED EVEN ONE COMPLAINT regarding its cleanliness because we work hard to ensure that it meets our high standards. For the first time ever, we received a complaint, with their claiming that the air conditioning filters were dirty. They also complained about not having enough toilet paper. We responded immediately to these matters by having our on-scene cleaning woman provide additional rolls of toilet paper and offering to clean anything in the condo that these guests were dissatisfied with. It almost seemed that these guests were hunting for anything even remotely amiss in order to obtain a refund. Lesson learned: we will not rent our vacation rental to these guests in the future.

Beautiful view!

This condo was clean and the beach was right across the street. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable but the other beds were fine! The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook and it was so nice to have beach chairs and boogie boards available. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and we enjoyed our time!

We are happy to hear that you had a wonderful time and enjoyed our condo, especially since we take great pride in providing the best place possible for our guests. So, we're somewhat disappointed with the 4-star review due to an "uncomfortable" sleeper-sofa, but we'll look into buying a foam cover that might provide greater comfort for guests who sleep on it. The problem is that we've never discovered a sleeper-sofa that provides the same level of comfort as a reasonably good bed.

Great condo with excellent location

We had a wonderful experience at this condo. The unit was clean and in good repair. Parking was never a problem. The pool was wonderful, and the beach across the street had sunsets that became our family's nightly activity. Highly recommend

This place is better than the pictures!

We had a great stay here. Check in was super easy. The condo is much nicer than the other local places we’ve rented: it has crown mounding and real furniture. The lanai has a view of the ocean and it’s a great place to watch the sunset. The neighborhood is super quiet and we all slept well. The kitchen had everything we needed and we appreciated the beach chairs and boogie board. We would love to come back in the future!

Excellent location and accomodations!

Wow! Everything you need for vacation fun in a beautifully appointed condo directly across from a long sandy beach. From kitchen to pool toys to beach needs, this condo has it all!. My only suggestion is a new hideabed/ couch. Other than that perfect for our family of five ! Mahalo and aloha!

This was the perfect place for us in Maui!

This is a clean, well-appointed property.. It is very spacious and inviting. The lanai has an ocean view and we could see whales spouting, off in the distance. It is an easy walk to the beach and the host provided beach chairs, and other beach equipment for our use. It is an excellent starting point for access to all parts of the island. We had a wonderful time! Miss it already!

Amazing visit, great condo, great hosts!

Our family had an amazing 2 weeks at this condo! Was very clean, and very comfortable! Everything was as described and more! Was amazing being so close to the beach, and seeing the turtles every day! The on-site Manager kept the property in immaculate condition! Was impressed watching him each day with such detail to his work and property condition!! Will be back!!! Book this condo, you will be happy you did!!

Aloha! What a great trip. Thank you for letting us stay and loved the condo. Really appreciated all the baby stuff- the crib and high chair as they made the trip so much easier. The beach chairs and cooler were awesome, too! The snorkel gear has seen better days so we just rented ours from Snorkel Bobs and it worked great. The location is literally across the street to a beach but we mostly went to other beaches around Maui. Thanks again for the wonderful stay! You condo really is lovely and we had a great time!

Tranquil, beachy, quiet, clean

Our family of 5 were so comfortable here. We would stay here again. The complex is quiet and across the street from a quiet little beach, where you can see the sunset. It was so nice to have the kitchen (we ate most of our meals in ...eating out was $100 avg for 5 and that's at a little stand....nothing fancy) and washer/dryer. Etty and Matt give great notes/instructions for everything. We had a fabulous stay and vacation!! Thanks Etty and Matt!!

we showed up with no notice on address or entry code.. had to contact VBRO at 11pm at night and you guys tell us to cancel our reservation and find somewhere else on thanksgiving week at 11. we couldnt even find a hotel that would check us in.. horrible trip no help from vbro that was really usefull. finally got ahold of the owner and ended having repair men show up several times thoughout the week because the place was run down...Can not believe the trip
