COMPLEJO / COMUNIDAD
Nemo Cay Resort D104 es una unidad de dos pisos del primer piso que ofrece un ambiente despreocupado para la relajación y la recreación, que es la definición de "vacaciones". El complejo se encuentra en una posición aislada pero céntrica en North Padre Island, junto al nuevo Schlitterbahn Water Park Resort. Este es el complejo ideal para familias que buscan disfrutar del nuevo parque acuático, así como de las muchas otras atracciones de la zona, que incluyen hermosas playas, excelente pesca, golf, surf y mucho más.
También hay mucho para disfrutar en el complejo, que incluye una piscina de lujo con una piscina de agua poco profunda para los niños, fuentes de aspersión, cabañas, asadores para barbacoas, tablas de tejo y un área de juegos con toboganes, un columpio de llantas y mucho más. ¿Bajando en el invierno? ¡Entonces realmente disfrutarás de la piscina climatizada también!

INTERIOR
El interior de esta unidad está bellamente decorado con un tema costero relajante. Si vienes a ver un gran juego, disfrutarás del televisor de pantalla plana de 60 "y la barra de sonido en la sala de estar. La caja de la sala también tiene servicio de DVR para estadías prolongadas. Estos propietarios también han agregado HBO, Showtime y Cinemax para su placer visual. Cada habitación está equipada con su propio televisor y reproductor de DVD. También tienes tu propia red wifi privada.
En la planta baja hay una suite king, baño completo, cuarto de lavado y sala de estar abierta, cocina y comedor. Arriba hay dos dormitorios más que comparten un baño en el pasillo. Una de las habitaciones de arriba tiene una cama king size y la otra tiene una litera completa / doble con un nido doble y recientemente se agregó otro conjunto de literas dobles. También hay un sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar para que disfruten dos huéspedes adicionales.
¡Traiga a su amigo peludo porque esta propiedad también es amigable con las mascotas!

Ropa de cama para cada cama y toallas de baño para cada huésped se proporcionan. Se requiere una estadía mínima de dos noches. Los invitados contratados de Padre Escapes deben tener 25 años de edad o más. El huésped debe tener una licencia de conducir del estado u otra identificación aceptable.

The home was suitable for all family members, it was extremely comfortable. Activities near by were so enjoyable like the pool for example. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booked a trip to Padre Island CC with grand kids and their parents. Stayed at Nemo Car Resort D104K. The unit was very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. There were some board games to play for various aged kids and adults. The kitchen was probably the best equipped that we have ever stayed. We always bring a box with cooking utensils because most places are lacking in that area but not this one. We loved the decor and the layout. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms had plenty of space for toiletries and so forth. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying here again.

I believe we were issued 4 towels. We wouldve gladly reused washed and shared but laundry detergent wasn’t available. And trip back to grocery store wasnt an option for us once we settled in.

The only complaint would be that we rented a golf cart, and due to their rules, we couldn't drive it to this place due to its location. So if you plan on a golf cart rental, it will be a hassle. Also, the place was clean but didn't smell clean, the fridge was clean but had a weird smell, which I feel would've been solved by using a nice smelling cleaning product. Beds and linens were clean, the washer and dryer were nice, they had a small pack of detergent which we used up while there.

This property was clean, fully stocked, spacious and centrally located. I will definitely rent from Pare Escapes again! Their communication is great, staff are great to work with & professionals, on time and properties are exactly as described. Only recommendation I would give in the townhome is to put up a privacy fence on the back patio other than that I would recommend this property. We had 5 adults, 2 children, and one small dog.

However the one thing that kept us from enjoying our stay and coming back were the beds. The kids bunk beds were fine, but the king size beds were horrible and hard. I had a neck/back pain all weekend. I would suggest some mattress toppers.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our original rental had a water leak and smelled like mold. We were moved from that rental into another smaller rental for the night. We had planned to stay two nights but only could only stay the one night because there were no more rentals available. Padre escapes is gave us the difference back to our account and is giving us a discount on our next stay. I was upset we didn’t get stay both nights but at least the situation was handled in a professional manner.
