My husband, our 2 daughters (ages 5&2), and I stayed here and it was perfect! Close to places to eat, shopping, and the beach was easy access across the street! We will definitely recommend this place, especially if you have kids.

Love love love

Love this unit! The pictures do not to this unit justice. Beautiful pool, very well kept. Hot tub was perfect. Pool was warm and chairs were open. Sunset deck is a hidden gem. Rules are very strictly enforced. Comfy bed. We will be back:)

Nice stay

After reading some of the reviews I was a little skeptical on booking but we did. The cleaning company should probably be replaced. It wasn’t awful but there were a few dirty dishes in the cabinets but we washed them & used. Linens were clean so we were good. No this doesn’t have a full balcony view of the water but it does have a corner view that we enjoyed. There are also sunrise & sunset decks on the property. With our parking pass we could not use the parking garage in the property & had to park in overflow lots, I didn’t like that & reached out to see about paying to upgrade but the rental company never got back to me. This is one of the nicest properties on PCB. I heard lots of complaints from people who stayed on other properties. The pool area is really nice & has a great beach view, even though we didn’t use it. The bedroom TV does have a very bright “night light” on it that was bothersome. I do like it very dark when I sleep so it may not be an issue for anyone else. We would book this property again if we were to return to PCB.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off just know this is not directly on the beach, pictures can be misleading but don’t worry you do have views of the ocean. First floor of condo is Starbucks/cafe which is awesome! Across the street is Sharky’s and beach access. Condo building has gated parking garage, secure doors, doorman, security always watching the pool, armbands for the pool as well. Pool is on the 4th floor! I was unsure at first but it gives you great views of the ocean!! You won’t get full sun on half the pool until like noon so pool will be little cool at first. Overall condo was very clean and nicely decorated! Shower was dark as no light above it and water could be finicky but it was fine. Wish there would have been more modern amenities like bedside lamps with charging ports but that’s just me being picky. Condo management was awesome as they answer calls right away! They as well were able to book us an extra night when we had car troubles. Overall great condo and trip!

Perfect Impromptu Getaway

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I booked this place last minute (like less than a week before) and the owners were super kind and helpful at getting us the information for our stay. The unit was spacious, clean and beautiful. We had everything we needed for cooking for the most part. We could even see the beach being on the back side of the condo. The only downside was how strict the pool security was. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay! We plan to be back within the next year!

Beautiful get away

Great condo very clean convenient to the beach nice hospitality I do recommend new mattresses for the bed, was very uncomfortable other than that great stay.

Over all it was great

Didn’t like that some of elevators where not working.. being on the 13th floor you need elevators. I think you need to communicate better on listing that it’s only 1 bedroom and there are one single pull out and double pull out couch bed. I assumed it was a two bedroom. I have a teen boy and teen girl. Thank goodness it worked out for us but not sure if other people would like that. Refrigerator/Freezer was leaking when we got there. Leaking from freezer into refrigerator. We didn’t use it much except for milk. The arm bands for pool were easily caught on door and other things we were looking to cut them but there are no scissors in condo. Seems like would have more utilities in the kitchen. If we stayed there again we would bring more of that stuff. Tile in shower needed some tilex or bleach. Loved the shower pressure. Loved having washer and dryer. Vacuum didn’t have wheels but we used it anyway, had to with 2 teens. We loved our overall stay just some minor issues stated above. Definitely would stay there again especially if it was just me and my hubby.
